Since you did the corrido tutorial, you should do a requinto tutorial too. You said you don’t know theory but in these vids you pick it up by ear quick so it would be cool to see how you go about it

There is no doubt that the new corridos tumbados after 2020 have been a different more uplifting vibe. They aren’t sad boy era anymore, and many didn’t listen to them due to that, but this new stuff! The vibes are universal here!

I got the same guitar you have and watched the video abate you changed the strings and did the same thing. I’ve been playing corridos for a while on a 6 string so I switched and I love it. Knew problem I have tho is ever since I changed string I’m hearing a lot more buzzing in my guitar now and I’m using the exact same strings and guitar. Maybe I put the strings on wrong? Maybe I’m not pushing hard enough? Anyone help?

Hey Seth I got the D’Angelico guitar too but I’m kinda new to playing guitar and the fretboard seems off the top of the guitar buzzes and the bottom is harder to play chords so there a fix?
tbh It's hard to diagnose a guitar without holding it in my hands. Id recommend bringing it to a guitar shop to see if they can explain what might be going on. They will likely do that for free. Then if there actually is a problem with the guitar I would hit up customer service from where you bought it from for a replacement. People are generally really nice and helpful, just gotta ask
His voice is evangelical. He has holy notes. He grew up singing in church. You have to really pay attention. Sometimes the tone is in music sometimes it’s in his voice
