My name is Alexis and I am the Host of this podcast and today's Episode 7 we will talk about American Airlines Virtual Group Interview and some simple tips that you can implement immediately and stand out.
The Virtual Interview is conducted before the face to face, so that is why you better to your best to stand out and be visible because it will determine whether you are selected to go to the Headquarters for an in-person interview or you receive a CJO. SO by just making sure you take care of the Audio and the quality of your lighting is good you are making a difference.

I have my group interview on Monday 😩😩 I have already done my United on one virtual interview and have a F2F next week. Now I’m focusing on my AA group interview. This helped so much thank you!
I hope that you nailed it!!! At the end of your group interview, how long did they say before you all would hear back? I recently had mine but during the part of him saying when we’ll hear back, the connection was spotty so I didn’t hear.

@@katrinacosbert5061 giiirl I don’t even know what to think or how I did! I felt better after my UA interview for sure than AA 🤣🤣🤣. But they said 7-10 business days!

How many days went by after your Virtual did they invite you for a face to face?
@@JesseGreever Everyone’s experience is different but it took me exactly one week to hear back

I did my group interview with American Airlines yesterday. I feel so stupid. My business attire and introduction was great, but he asked me a hard question, I’ve never heard before. I can’t remember the question right off hand, but I had a minute to answer and couldn’t answer it🤦🏽♀️. I kept smiling, like Howdy Duty🤦🏽♀️. I told him, I couldn’t think of and answer😩.

Don’t feel bad it happened to me also I have no clue what I said but kept smile like a china doll 😅 I’m reapplying now 🤦🏽♀️I wish they would go back to just video interviews i felt better with it than with the group! I have studied every question scenario under the sun and never heard a question like that why was I the only one with the hard questions.

How will I answer a question about, tell me about a time when you provide Safety at work.
I work as a front desk and all we do is radio our security or call 911 when things get escalated or there’s a transient but how can I make a better answer out of that?
Talk about how effective you are at communication. Communication is an important factor in providing safety at work and how reliable you are & how quick to action you are because of the skills you learned at work. Being able to recognize escalation & immediately calling 911/security is a skill because it shows you act instead of freeze!
