Thank you SO MUCH for this! I have a favorite bookmark design that I love to use. I’ve used it for so long, that the tassels on it have disintegrated. You have given me the ability to create fresh tassels for the bookmark. Now I’m going to make more copies of the bookmark, laminate them and put tassels on all of them! My library has a little over 250 books (from the Heritage Press). Now they will all have matching bookmarks! Thank you so very much! 🙏
I enjoyed your informative tassel-making video - however, I thought you would show how you joined it to your bookmark....do you join with a knot or how do you loop the tassel through without a knot?
Super helpful! I didn't even know what those things were called. It's amazing that this was the first video that came up after googling "Book Mark String Thing I Make One Now". No Idea How Google Knew Where I Was Going With That, but it's a gem that way.
Thanks, this was just what I was looking for! It's a fast and simple way to make tassels with very easy to follow instructions. It made a great finish to the felt book mark I made. :)
Thank you. I actually went on Pinterest and wanted to make a bookmark but it gave me a really confusing way to make a tassel this was a nuce quick and easy way to make a book mark so thank you again!!!!
Wow! I thought making a tessal was gonna be harder. Your video helped a lot! I'm repurposing some old pokémon cards as bookmarks and your video was the first one to pop up on Google. 😅
+Stephanie Klauck I like to laminate my bookmarks. I'm wondering if this tool will be able to punch through the plastic and the card stock. Ever try it?

Awesome. So simple and to the point

Same here. On the completed bookmark there is no knot where the bookmark attaches, so the knot must be buried in the tassel head somehow,
Thank you for posting! I couldn’t tell but is there a good way to disguise the knot after you’ve attached it to the bookmark? Thank you!
Very helpful although I wish you would've shown how you attached it! :(

It's bakers twine -
there are lots of colours available from a lot of different companies :-)
I made good use of my mom's big collection of yarn 😂😂😂😂
She is a knitter so I had the materials right in handy.

Thank you-much easier than the wikihow page I found! :)
How do you attach it to the bookmark *without* the knot showing? Thank you.
