I was told that people in Devon and Cornwall (for example) argue with each other about the proper way to enjoy a scone. One place says you need the jam on the bottom and the cream on top of it. But the other location knows that it is the opposite. I have forgotten which place recommends which experience, but I think they taste great either way. The other argument I have heard is whether it is best pronounced scone rhyming with throne, or /scon/ rhyming with gone. In the USA, one mostly hears it rhyming with throne, but I think different parts of the world have their standards. Thanks.
You put a little bit each of the jam in the cream on each half and you eat them separately not as a sandwich. Then you get twice the pleasure. Great video.

Loch Ness (Nessie) or Stephen as he is known locally, do really exist. You can meet him down the Pub (Stag Inn) in Clanmargen on the west side of the lake. He is usually there on Thursday evenings after having frightened tourists in the afternoon. He will tell you some great stories, if you buy him a pint or two.

I joined for the adventure and stayed for the scones and pizza.
