I love the track record peebs has developed of just. Opening an incredibly expensive toy and then playing with it for like, 6 minutes of content. Because like. Yeah, it's cool and expensive but this IS what is was made for for (man-)children to play with it
Honestly the toys aren't expensive. They're just overpriced. $1000 for a Mario hot wheel? Nah. That's not right.

If you pause at 15:33 you can see how much further ahead Peach is from everyone else until she gets stopped by the shell. It looks like Lane 1 wins unless it gets hit with an item, because while it's on the outside of the bend towards the start of the race it's on the inside of the bend when everyone's going the fastest. :\
Or unless they fly off like Toad did.

When I was much younger, I used to collect a whole bunch of hot wheels and tracks. I had a lot of fun connecting tracks to create something fun. Mario Kart hot wheels is a great idea, and it fits well with the theme of racing. I hope they can add Funky Kong and the Koopalings as new Hot wheels racers
