Use of a Nebuliser

This video is part of a new series of basic clinical skills videos.
It goes through how to use a nebuliser. This device can be used to administer saline or medications into a patient's airway. It is a superior delivery method to inhalers, even with spacers, as the nebulised particles are more easily inhaled into the lungs.

Hi. I’ve just recently purchased one for my son. Can I ask, does the room getting when you use it? Trying to figure out if that’s normal or something wrong with machine.

Thank you! Because of this covid outbreak through a nebuliser, I am afraid they will be withdrawn from the market altogether, as hospitals have reportedly stopped using them!
Can you advise as to what brands are available in Australia?
