My 18mos old baby used nebulizer whenever he has cough. I gave him procaterol, citirizen as well but his not getting well.

Before covid, crocin or paracetamol 100 mg used to function for treating fever now Dolo 500 is new norm and 100mg doesn't work. Similar is the case with nebulizer. Nebuslizer once..nebulizer always.

Usually i give neb to 5year old son
With O2
And the O2 point I keep from 5 to 7 point
Is that ok or should i keep point 5 in O2 (B2 Cylinder)

Sir, I'm an Asthma patient from the very childhood. Currently I'm being treated from CMC, Vellore. From then my health condition is fairly good through use of inhaler.
However, sometimes when I got cold, I get nasal chokes. I've communicated such fact to my doctors at CMC, and then they suggest nasal spray which doesn't suit, makes the noise extreme dry and feel uncomfortable.
Can I use nebulizer just for clearing nasal chokes? Is it advisable?

It's the quality of the air purity and the quality of the foods nowadays the world doesn't have healthy foods healthy drink. Even the water is polluted air is 80% polluted specially by the old diesel vehicles and so many companies are leaving the chemical air to the sky without filtering it😊
