really enjoy your videos and love that you take the time to explain things like what all the steering components are. looking forward to the next video
That’s the fun in building these cars, sometimes parts “are” available, just no “kit” for the application… so modifying things to make the parts work is always the challenge/ rewarding part in the end
I’ve got a’64 Galaxie convertible that I’m driving and this winter I’ll be rebuilding the front suspension . The car has power assist also and I might just go the Borgeson kit route also to reduce the number of leak points underneath. Keep up the good work , looking forward to next video . The power assist also limits header company choices .
Oh man! I spent a lot of time working on these old cars many years ago. If I was to twist myself under a dash today, you'd probably have to call ems to extricate me.
And it says this video posted five days ago. I just now got the notification. Anyway. It's very nice to see you back. I'm building a '64.5 Mustang coupe. I love your constant funny as hell analogies. 😂😂😂
Good ol UA-cam sweeping me under the rug I guess lol, ah right on! Nice car, what’s your plans? Haha thank you, gotta throw in a joke or two to make you guys laugh
Maybe the most common words from first time dads, "Wow, that's a lot of poop..." LOL Seeing that steering assembly on the floor makes it obvious how 60s designers had really different goals. Many sloppy joints - not a problem. They wanted smooooth controls. Luxury! Fingertip steering. Precision? What's that??
Hey, Old car. I'm looking at those floors and I think that you are in denial 😊. I hate working under the dash as well. I rolled around on the floor for 3 years. Then I bought a hoist. Man, my back sure feels better now. I noticed you had an Ontario plate in your car. Where are you located, if I may ask? Keep up the good work. Thanks for sharing.
Don't recommend you watch what McCool did with a 66 stang recently... after a number of years I've finally unsubscribed from that sadly deflated channel. Hope all is well with you and your Dad doing things right by Ford's :-)) Love this old Fairlane. :-)

Rack and pinion would be cool too, but it’s about twice the price
Yeah, plus I’ve heard things about certain R&P set ups that keeps me happy with a steering box and linkage lol
Fun fact: There IS a venomous snake in Southern Ontario. The Mississauga Rattlesnake
massasauga
😄😄😄😄 Not too rusty he says .... just plate it?
You're gonna need a couple 3 ARRET signs ...
Couple license plates and it’s good as new, this ain’t no CJ 😂
Saw You at Dream Cruse drive by.
Yeah my ol man made the trip down with a friend of ours, glad you got to see it there!
