Yes salary difference is definitely there plus job responsibilities may differ. Also if you are applying GFP EM this will give you tier 5 visa (sponsorship route) while full mrcem will give a health care visa (tier 2).

@cryptowizz6962 please come after osce. Better rota & growth opportunities. You can upto 75K per annum depending on working hours even more after you have gained UK experience.

If we clear OSCE while we have this post on teir 5 visa , can we switch jobs and take a tier 2 visa immediately or do we have to come back the come country and wait for sometime before applying for tier 2
As it clearly states its not intended for migration. You could switch to tier 2, the rules keep changing on how that can be done though. I've made a video on that, kindly have a look.

No, you would be a specialty registrar (like a senior resident) but not a specialist
Will completion of this program after MRCEM(all parts) expedite the process, an addition to my CV give me an upper hand to ST4 level later?
