I know, bit see it was this and Howe fronted Bad Company I was introduced to first, so I appreciate both versions of Silver, Blue and Gold and wanted to share.
Nothing to be sorry about. You're wrong. You couldn't fit a slip of paper between the differences of the two voices of Hart and Rodgers. If you saw them live (which I have) you wouldn't know which you were listening to if you didn't see. Rodgers is the original, and that will always rise to the top, but he's no better a singer, technically speaking, than Hart - they're both great vocalists. That would explain how Hart got the gig in the first place.
Maybe live their voices are closer, I don't know, I've only seen Paul Rodgers but my comment is on this particular song which (in my own opinion) pales by comparison to the original.
This is one of my favorite versions of the song. She broke that boys hart
Brilliant version !!! Hart' voice is /was (at that time !) absolutely exquisite !!!
Hart sings this so beautifully. His voice is so clear and strong
SO LOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! brads voice....
Now I realized that isn't Brian it's Robert.
It's like bobby hey Brian you and Paul sit down and let me show Mick and Simon what i can do
Brian can do it just as well as Paul
Different. I like it too.
Sorry but not a patch on Paul Rodgers. Far far too much country.
