Agreed. He certainly has a place in my life. As a teen, my favorite band was Bad Company. I actually used to sing Bad Company songs to my girlfriend, now my wife of twenty four years. Thank you, Paul.
When I hear this I go right back to the best decade of my life. Whatever happened to great music? I would go back in half a second and never leave the 70s.
For the longest time you wouldn't hear Paul Rodgers name mentioned among the greatest rock n roll singers. I'm glad longevity has brought his voice and talent to the forefront after all these years. Now everyone knows what the rest of us have always known.
Here in the UK, PR's voice has always been appreciated, and will always be appreciated. In the early 70s, Free was one of the biggest bands in the country --- even more popular than Led Zeppelin. Free had some success in North America, too, and Bad Company -- Paul Rodgers's second band -- was definitely a major success in North America. Bottom line is: you can't keep a good man down; he never ever went unnoticed and was never underappreciated internationally.
Yes I was happy to be born in 1961 myself I witnessed a lot of interesting things over the years as you can imagine rock and roll was just coming out it was awesome what a time to be alive and still a time to be alive with all the lovely music that's been out 60 70s 80s 90s after that so so they keep taking our music and mixing it and remixing it and screwing it up they make that then they make that rap crap Rap crap for sure. God bless you all keep on smiling keep on rocking out Paul is awesome bad cold is awesome even some songs I hear that I was like wow I think they know that song and then it turns out to be it was them where it's a new song that I didn't even know they did awesome Still rocking in 2024😊😊😊😊
Paul even to this days still has his amazing pipes! So many older rockers voices didn’t fair as well . This guy sings and it’s like the 1970’s again 😊. Love Bad Company ❤
One of the great voices leading the hit machine that is Bad Co. not in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. It’s a crime that one of the most ubiquitous Rock acts of the 70’s has been left out in favor of dozens of less deserving acts. Shameful.
@@loism7703 I did too, and know them well. Loved Paul Kosoff’s straight Les Paul through a Marshall sound. Still listen to Wishing Well, Mr Big etc… often. All these yrs later, I’m just an analog kid in a digital world. Regards Lois, from a fellow traveler.
R&R hall of fame is trash, many of the best performers in history are not members. Bad Company, The Guess Who, Three Dog Night, many others are much better than most of the bands that have been inducted.
I loved this band. They were a big part of my younger years. It's kind of comforting for me to hear this. I got my Rainbow my children but my baby Matthew died of Cancer when he was 32. That's when my Rainbow got so broken. 😔💔🙏💙😇

Unbelievable! Paul's voice sounds just as good now as it did when I saw them a couple of times in the late 70s. one of the very few singers that I can say that about. what a talent. this brings me back, what great memories.
I've watched this video so many times I lost count. Never get tired of hearing Paul's amazing voice. He's got the best voice of all. No other rock/blues performer can even come close. Love this song and love the way Paul sings it and I've just gotta say he is the most handsome guy I've ever seen.

I've seen my fair share of concerts from many artists from many genres, and PR is still, imo, the best natural singer to hail from the UK; for technical ability, tone, power & pitch, he stands alone, imo. The guy is the definition of an absolute legend!
