- My first original riff. Sorry the playing isn’t very clean. I’m only about 6 months in and still working on clarity, articulation, and tempo control

Going to try to have the tutorial video out this weekend!
still waiting...
Please tutorial
For 6 months of playing this is fucking phenomenal dude. Thats gotta be 6 months of incredible dedication to not only play that well but also write this good.
Thank you that means a lot! I play most days for a few hours. I need to learn more technique exercises so I can improve in that aspect because I only know the spider exercise right now. I’ve always felt pretty self conscious about anything I write because it always feel like it’s incoherent or doesn’t flow well when I listen to it
@@almostaskater1324 Were our own biggest critic man, you're doing insane. I've played on and off for 3 years and I could NOT write something even close to this good. I'm not just saying that either man this is GOOD.
@@almostaskater1324hey man as long as you like it then its great. And either way its beautiful what you made and sounds so cool
"sorry the playing isn't very clean" RU KIDDING that gives it so much character and beauty
I'm sorry. You mean to tell me... YOU'VE ONLY BEEN PLAYING FOR 6 MONTHS? My brother, you got talent. Don't give up on your dreams, and please recognize what your hard work has brought you. Good job brother.
Keep playing 🎸
sick riff bro. What i'm listening to is raw gold, its rough and his its impurities, still not refined but it already shines.
Thank for you the support! Definitely still have a lot of work to do on my technique. I really want to learn how to play with clarity, accuracy, and be efficient.
rly love your guitar tone! just got my new guitar as well, thanks for the inspiration! well done
dudeeee for 6 months this is actually amazing, phenomenal job dude!
As soon as I heard this I just had to write something to it, and that’s how I know it’s good. I listened a few times and it’s like the riff is burned into my brain. You have talent and thanks for the inspiration I’ve never written an actually good emo inspired song but this riff made it happen for me, 7 minutes and I’m halfway through a song, it’s the fastest I’ve written in years, please make a full version
absolutely incredible!
Beautiful, just beautiful.
Bro for 6th months this is insane!!! This is great!!! You make me wanna quit 😭. Keep up the fantastic work brother
Bravo! I’ve been a lifelong musician playing pretty much anything I can get my hands on. This had such captivating emotional content, which is the hardest part for most to capture.
Crazy people talking about 6 months. This video shows that he clearly pours way more time in playing his guitar than the average guy playing guitar. Phenomenal sound bro. Ima try to learn this.
Im so late but this is insanely underatted, amazing stuff!
something so simple can already be used in songs! keep going
good shit man. love your choice of chords
Hell yeah dude, Love the diminished thin at he end
Beautiful
this was magical
This is beautiful 😍
Not bad at all! Can't wait to see what else you got going on!
Ohh sounds way tooooo amazingggg like i play guitar for about 7 years and i just dont know how to come up with things like that
hey, very nice! it's really impressive for 6 months of playing.. keep it up!

Absolutely insane... how do you even come up with this? Incredible.
Sounds good 👍
this is so sick man.
Yo for 6 months you are about where I was at 6 years... Lol. Keep it up, sounds great!
Beginning kinda reminds me of gold leaf by ag cook. This is great!
Good stuff man
this is sick
Nice guitar!
Only 6 months and you're doing real well for yourself, gj man. This is what happens when you practice lol
insane
you’ll get there one day
Bussin
Beginner?? Well done!
Hello, may I ask you what sources or maybe channels do you use or watch to learn how to play :) may you share it? Thanks in advance and you play so good and inspired me to start playing!
very nice, keep it up!
I'd say this is much further than beginner tho :)
Well this better not be your last sir! ❤
This sounds phenomenal!
I really want to learn this style of guitar playing. Have been playing piano and trumpet for more than 15 years now, but never touched the guitar. Still, good familiarity with scales, harmonics and theory. What would be your suggestion to start with if i want to have this kind of style as the main objective? Also, is there something i need to keep in mind when buying an instrument? what would be a good beginner guitar? should it be electric or accustic, does it even matter?
thank you man.
phenom
DUDE THIS IS INSANE!!! tabs pleaaaase and drop the tuning!!! it sounds lovely
Sounds like there’s some interest so I can make a tutorial :)
Just figured out the tuning, it’s DAEAC#E
@@almostaskater1324 please doo!!!! and dAeac#e is one of my favorite tuning!!
sounds sick, is there a tutorial?
What tuning are you using?
self taught or lessons online or in person? great job btw
nice dude. do you post these on tiktok?
nice riff man, what tuning is that ?
Absolutely drop a tutorial. Also I have to know what pedals you’re using and what settings. That tone is to DIE for
I know nothing about tones in the slightest 😭. This is just a squire tele going straight through a micro cube
What tuning is this?
for 6 months you are WAY WAY WAY better then me, I cant write songs well, how did you learn and if you taught yourself what channels helped alot with theory cause im lacking at that part alot (9 months in right now)
Bro it blows my mind you've only been playing 6 months. I've been playing roughly a similar amount of time but I'm no where near that level. Is there any chance you could let me in on some of your practice routine? Or even a video on it if you wanted to. This is exactly the kind of stuff I want to learn but I don't even know where to start
yo dude this is insane how did you learn to create your own riff,i cant improv/invent anything
Nice one! Which tunning is this?
DAEAC#E
I refuse to believe you've only played for 6 months
Gas
what the tuning?
same question
Who's your teacher ?
Yea sure, 6 months haha
If this is a beginner I'm screwed 😂
Do you know music stuff or did you just play what sounded cool until you had a whole riff?
