Hey, man! Super cool review! This is the first time i see it in blue on video. Looks muuuuch better than in the photo. You mentioned one of the downsides is the throttle response? Can you specify what it was? I am interested in buying this sucker mostly for its street capabilities and i need all the info i can get.
Throttle is not bad. There is a slight delay and the throttle curve seems off. To wheelie these e bikes we need smooth throttle curve and instant response with no delay. This one has a little bit of a delay. Nothing that should affect normal street riding. But stunting, wheelies etc it def needs a different tune for that factor. Let me know if that makes sense
@@ZaySolis119 It makes a lot of sense, hoss. It may, however be a thing i need to consider. I live in a place where traffic is heavy and instant throttle response, makes outmanuvering cars, much easier. Also, zooming when traffic lights go green. though i don't think this will be much of an issue. Let me know if you figure out any settings to make the throttle better. Peace!

That motor placement, linkage, and pegs all seem suspect for off-road use. I figured they'd change the motor placement in a v2, but obviously, they didn't.
Definitely tailored towards street riding
The motor is actually inside that thick metal casing which is for protection.
@@SolarScootersuk I noticed that however it's still taking impacts hard! There's a reason why skid plates are hooked up to the frames on bikes going back decades.
I mean think smartphones I have a titanium full coverage case great for falling off my lap but if I jumped 10ft me being 180lbs and it was tied to the bottom of my boot the phone isn't going to like it😢

Newbie question. Would this be a good bike to buy for riding on the road. Due to having only moved to the uk a year and a half ago, i have no credit history, so i can't apply for finance on a bike. This is available on klarna, which is a lot less of a hassle. My commute is a 35 mile round trip. Would this be a good choice ?
I have a vmx08 which is the exact same Denzel frame motor and battery and 35 miles should be good. Depends how fast you go but if you aren't going 55 the entire way you'll be good.

It doesn’t have a fan… that was the 1.0 version. This has a solid state heat sink! No fans or moving parts

That bike is not street legal.
It can be registered to be road legal very easy. Comes with everything necessary.

Definitely not an off road bike. Carbon frame that could crack or snap components, no skid plate, no rotor or sprocket guard, wimpy chain, questionable peg mounting. This bike screams road only, I honestly have no idea why they would even recommend anyone take it off of flat pavement.
It's great for everything but full on dirt jumping. Definitely more street oriented but doesn't mind dirt at all. The longer wheelbase makes it super stable.
