Chloe Dygert... How is she still allowed to ride a bike in road races? First she singlehandedly decided the outcome of the Olympics, now it's raining and who is on the deck? It's all too obvious. Give her some CX races in winter.
@@devoarco It just hurts my eyes when there is so much raw power and so many crashes at the same time. Dygert should never had that fall in the World's TT in Italy; there were only like 2 or 3 curves in that circuit and she managed to overcook the only one with metal rails. It's just a shame. Same with Primoz. But both are hard as nails and always seem to come back.
Has happened many times actually. Both in the 2014 and 2015 Paris-Roubaix, for insance - and I remember it from TdF back in the day too, but I couldn't find an example with a quick google search. At least they took the time and restored the distances.
@@Liofa73 You mean FACTS? The fucking time trial yesterday was FOUR MILES. Think about that. A FOUR MILE time trial... in a "pro" event... with the name "Tour de France" on it. That's a fucking joke. Even the OLYMPIC time trial--which was also a fucking joke--was 20 miles. Facts don't lie.
@@Big_Island_Boi it was a split stage, a RR the morning, then a TT, due to the Olympic closing ceremony on sunday. This is not allowed in "pro" event (as you say) nowadays, they had to have a derogation for it. Just check cycling media for the report on how difficult that day was for the riders and everybody involved. Also, the route of the full Tour is harder day by day, culminating with a finish on a cycling monument. This is non stop effort. You seem too have very little knowledge about cycling, in general, and your misogynistic character shines as a fact.
@@BenBen01010 So what? They didn't HAVE to schedule both of those events on the same day. They CHOSE to. So that has nothing to do with this discussion whatsoever. It was still a lame-ass 20 mile TT--on a shitty, twisty, bumpy city course... IN THE RAIN. The whole thing was idiotic and ill-conceived and incompetently managed. But since you want to drag unrelated shit into this discussing--because you clearly can't debate well--the "Olympic" road race events were ALSO a joke. The "women's" course was only 158k... compared to 273k for the men. Is the Olympic marathon 40% shorter for women than men? Nope. I the Olympic soccer pitch 40% smaller for women? Is the Olympic 5000m event 40% shorter for women? Nope. So why would the Olympic road race be shorter for women??? Are women only = to 60% of men? Sounds like pro cycling thinks so.
It so amazing to see the huge crowds which turning out to watch the women. This is awesome. Women cycling on the move.
LOL!! Attendance is minimal. Women's cycling is vastly inferior to the real Tour.
Puck and Shirin both now have road wins! Looking for Fem Van Empel to also get her first road win. The CX superstars have truly arrived!
Vos came from CX as did Brand (and many others).
Puck is probably better on the MTB, where there is more competition, and not just Dutch riders.
Go Kasia!
👏👏👏👏👏 good to see Puck get her first win!!
Awesome highlights, thanks!
Looking forward to Pucks youtube about it :)
So Wiebes , Vas and Fischer Black just leave Vollering alone.... Demi was so pissed of. She will crush Niewiadoma in the mountains!!
Imho Niewiadoma has a tendency for launching her sprint too early.
Toujours assise sur sa selle ,avec ses 110 tours/minute ,demi est une superbe champione😂😂😂😂😂
wow a train crossing really?
happens all the time, are you surprised?
@@koko-lores it occasionally happens, not all the time.
@@ohjajohh so the idea behind your comment is ....?
Il faut sprinter, rouler, passer les bosses, monter les cols comme jalabert et ses piqûres de "complètement alimentaire " .hein demi 😂😂😂😂
Where’s the drama promised in the thumb nail??
A photo finish isn't dramatic enough for you?
@raybaxter4683 no not really, pretty normal for a sprint finish.

Yeah, power is nothing without control.......
With that rule Primoz would have gone back to ski jumping after a week of racing 😂😂

The commentators voice is irritating
I can't imagine les Hommes stopping for a train.
What do you mean???

It happens regularly. They close local roads but they're not stopping the entire interconnected railway system for a cycling race.
Yes, this happens in the men's races too. I've seen it.
2nd comment
It's too bad they don't have to ride long distances or difficult stages. That might actually be interesting to watch.
It's too bad you can't just support these female riders and not leave misogynistic nonsense in the comments.
