Yes! Once I realized most of my mom problems can be solved if I only had more energy, I started focusing on fixing that and it helped a lot. If we look at each task individually (ie: dealing with a tantrum, meal planning, getting kids ready in the morning etc.) it seems manageable but it is the fact that we have to do all of this every single day and sometimes simultaneously that drains us!
