- Here we see a few trains filmed just outside Alexandria - I do love the G22 locos which are unsilenced! All taken on the 4/3/19. Also seen is a Henschel loco clagging it’s way to Cairo.

Abu Qir train, what a memory! I had a chance to ride it many years ago from Victoria to Egypt Station.

Awesome footage, did you catch any of their class 66 based engines? Also isn't it illegal to film in Egypt? Not complaining!
I sure did - separate video to come up. Yes it is illegal, but I managed it rather secretly 😏
Overall hunting train in Egypt was ok, just beware of catching police,

I know the locos AA22T and G22, but I have no clue of the carriages! English-speaking info is very hard to find (I tried in other European languages as well) so I ask here.

The grey are the blue one .... they change the color of them ... they have so many generation of colors
