That's for sure. Hearing that distinctive GE "chug" and the multi-chime air horn, mixed in with everything else, makes for an amazing bit of sound. You have a great eye for video too. This is one of my favorites.
This is an incredible video! Railway yard, public park, rubbish dump all in one place. Note te coupling chains dangling and the buffers rotated up and down. This station is where I started my Cairo-Nairobi trip 3 years ago!!

Eh oui, en Égypte, l'on peut traverser les voies comme on veut, voyager sur le toit des trains... mais filmer des trains au bord des voies (en relative sécurité), ce n'est pas possible !

Oh! sorry to hear that. sadly, in Egypt holding and filming with a professional camera or a smartphone means a bad sign, it's a culture. although I am an egyptian railfan I still can't understand why... Maybe movies???, but the government of Egypt takes it seriously so thats why they did that to you, one of my friends and a lot of people. also, some bad egyptians may do a crime to you or doing a bad signs with his fingers... Welcome to my country Egypt.
@Granskare: Yahy, they clean the track !!! (not sure that was prisoners !) But cleaning staff on trains just put litter on the track all the time ! So it's never really clean !

C'est clair Dotaku, là bas c'est un peu l'anti-thèse du Chemins de Fer Japonais ! C'était marrant, mis a part qu'il n'était pas possible de filmer très longtemps !
