Nothing ruins a job site quite like some hard caulk. Evetyone else getting mad at you because its Friday and they just want to get home, crack open a beer, and relax but your standing there with your hard caulk holding up the work.

I use caulk a lot and it always gets hard.

I got tubes that are open and over ten years old that are still soft and usable all you gotta do is clean out the tip with a screw.
