Im late for the video, but here's my question anyway: is it possible to actually plant all Tier 2 seeds on the gardens that can make T2-T4 or you can only have them where they are shown in the layout ? And does the autoplant option actually knows you want T2-T4 seeds on those collectors or you have to do it manually seed by seed ? Sorry i started the league recently 🙂
Only t1 seeds are auto planted. You have to place t2+ seeds manually. Read the requirements for each seed so you know where to place them. This layout T4 garden can cover any color of seed just reference cheat sheet where to place them.

Yes higher tier seeds require seeds near them to grow + life force from despenser. The cheetsheet that is in discription shows where each tier seed can grow.
Nop has to be done one thing at a time. I used auto click macro to speed things up. Tho that ended up kicking me out of the game for performing too many actions so nop nothing just ctrl + click everything.

It should be ON always not real need to turn off. Only reason would be if you want to prioritize some garden over the other. But in general always ON.
