I am yet to switch to 0.5 Tret.

if purging lasts more than 2 months without improving, it might be signs of irritation, it's best to see a dermatologist in that case

I am using Tretinoin 0.025 for 8 months now, didn't experience any purging, and therefore I am afraid of going to 0.05 now😅

My skin generally don't purge. Lactic acid, Glycolic acid didn't purge. But kojic acid does purge my skin.
