Yes, Charlette! So few ASMRtists do historical roleplay and even fewer do it in such a genuinely immersive and believable way (and this coming from a history professor!)

Hmm I had a sneaking suspicion Dr. Hastings was a vampire, am I right, am I wrong, will we ever know? It's amazing how far ASMR has come over the last decade in regards to production quality and performances. I consider WhisperAudios one of the top tier ASMRtists in the community. I remember learning about phrenology when studying the history of evidence based practice. I think if you look into the history of phrenology you will find an extremely large amount of interesting and quite offensive history. Used to support a bunch of sexist and racist ideology, so I am glad that it is discredited by the scientific community.
Regardless the premise of phrenology is interesting and when studying it I had never actually seen a phrenology exam, so this was incredibly interesting!

Everything about this video is absolutely perfect !! The historical ambiance, the personal attention + trigger sounds, the super creative role play concept (which lends itself wonderfully to asmr), the rainstorm and the candlelight, this is asmr heaven !!

I very much enjoyed it, and would love to see them sprinkled in with your regular content. In general, I've found I like period pieces and period twists on classic roleplays, or at the other end, sci fi inspired pieces (robot repair, etc.). Well done as always!

Reminds me of goodnight moon, another great ASMRtist. This is amazing! Your acting is flawless, the setup/visuals are accurate, and the plot is interesting. Also, the rain and fire sounds were a nice touch.
I love this! I tend to skip medical roleplays because they're typically pretty similar to one another (please don't hate me, people!!) but I love, love, love watching these fresh takes on them :)

I've been watching so much ASMR in lockdown that I've all but desensitized myself. However, the close-up whispering and hair rustling in this video was such a great trigger!

This is the ONLY asmr video I like and use from this creator for helping me fall asleep. I don't even watch it. I place the phone above my head on my headboard and listen for 5-10 minutes before falling asleep.
The only other ASMR video that relaxes me is "ASMR twix" "23 year experience doing facials".
Nothing else on utube brings me to an ASMR experience.

I think this is an excellent video to follow your recent question about what style of videos to pursue. I think medical roleplays are great, and you excel at them so I wouldn't want you to give them up, but I also encourage you to pursue other avenues if you feel drawn to try new things (indeed, I think new types of videos are always refreshing!) I think this video is an excellent blend of what is familiar while also trying a fresh new style. I love what you do Charlette, I'm along for the ride no matter what you do, and I think this, along with so many of your other videos (medical RP or no,) is just fantastic.

I find you videos extremely relaxing as well as very professional. I have trouble sleeping and these do help. I almost felt as if I was in a Victorian setting. And some of your findings were spot on, I couldn't carry a tune in a bucket!
