A little coffee info! The caffeine amount depends on how long the coffee is brewed. So some people think that espresso is super caffeinated because it seems concentrated, but it actually has less caffeine than a cup of coffee. Therefore, if you let the coffee sit in a French press for a longer time, you'll get more caffeine. That's why cold brew is so caffeinated - - it sits in the coffee grounds for 12+ hours. That's also why it has such a deep, smooth flavor. Same goes for nitro cold brew.
Also, it depends on your roast. The lighter the roast, the more the caffeine because the process of roasting coffee ends up taking some of the caffeine out of it. So if you got a light roast, or one that's not roasted (blond espresso/coffee), you're getting all the caffeine it contains.
When I went to Alaska with my fire crew this summer, I got some light roast coffee for the "cowboy" coffee we made every morning and had people bouncing off the walls because it was so caffeinated. It was fun to watch, but OD'ing on caffeine is not the best out in the Alaskan wilderness...
Maybe you're body is just used to the amount of caffeine it's been getting and that's why you're craving more? Sometimes the depth of flavor can trick you into thinking you're getting more caffeine than you actually are.

I do the same. Since I lived through two major earthquakes in New Zealand, it gave a whole new meaning to 'hitting the ground running'. Also, my theory, and it's not science based, is that my skin breathes better because of this, as do my lungs. P.S: I hope that both you and your sweet Mom are remaining fiesty and pragmatic in relation to her diagnosis. I worled in Medical Oncology for several years, and it was the steepest learning curve of my clinical career. I learned so much from my amazing patients, and medical colleagues. Keeping you both in my thoughts.

Your closet walls are very cool!
Helpful hint: when using a steamer, start from the bottom of the garment and move up. This allows the steam to rise up and release the wrinkles easier and with less effort.

I learned how to make bread in my Dutch oven! I'm still working full-time, my husband is out of work, and he's been doing 95% of the cooking. We have a toddler so it's been a blessing having him home. I do less cooking, less cleaning and I have peace of mind while I'm working long hours!

Advice: close the vent in your closet. You don’t need it and the air should come out stronger in the other vents.

I've been watching for awhile, and your simple product recommendatiosn are transforming my skin! This is my first time commenting as I make my way through your videos. You are like my sister from another mother! I keep some of my childhood things in my chest of drawers so I can see them everytime I open the drawers. A closet is a great place to keep the beloved dolls! Very Marie Kondo :) I also used to make noises in front of the fan! And I actually needed some new bowls. I love the tie dye trend!! I’m either neutral greys and blacks or all out neon crazy tie dye colors, all depends on my mood! I loved about 5 years ago when activewear had a lot of neon options ☺️
Hi Dr. Dray, I have 2 big fans blowing at me when I run on the treadmill. It just died on me a few days ago. I now either run before 7 am or after 8:30 pm. It’s much quieter and where I live roads are wide so distancing isn’t hard.
I’ve been home exercising with MadFit on UA-cam . I strongly recommended! Her videos are in different lengths and targeting all body parts. Have a great weekend! I miss your mom 💜
The You tuber I watch daily is Dr. Dray. She is a board certified dermatologist and gives free wonderful skincare advice. She saves me money by reviewing and recommending products. She shares recipes and lifestyle tips and has a great sense of humor. I found her in June of 2018 and I am slowly catching up on her vlogs from the beginning. Quarantine is much more bearable socializing with Dr. Dray daily! Thank you for all you do!

Hi! I always sleep on the top of my comforter and this for several years. I also sometimes sleep on my couch and usually I fall asleep faster than in my bed! My mother often made porridge for us in a double boiler. She heated milk and then added the oatmeal ... divinely good! Especially with brown sugar! What memories ... very comforting!
Love when Dr Dray spoke into the fan! I do that living here in Honolulu where I DO NOT have the luxury of air conditioning. I have also loved Old World Home! I have been watching her since she was pregnant with her second child! Stay safe Dr Dray! Sending all my love to you and your Mom.

Hey Dr dray, love your videos and vlogs! I am getting lately little skin color bumps on my face (with no "heads", that dont feel like acne, and never go away. I have about ten or a bit more of them already (on my left side maily), its so ugly , and nothing and no acid of the once you mentioned or the popular ones ,or tretinoin helps! The dermatologist didnt help as well. What can I do?
Dr Dray kind of a funny story. I loved my asics shoes, so when my dog decided he loved them also and chewed them up. I bought another pair. But a different color. I never liked them as much. About a month ago I looked at my old dog chewed shoes (yes I kept them lol) they're not Asics there Saucony. Five years I thought they were Asics. Lol

If the vent is on the ceiling, you take the vent cover off and duct tape a piece of cardboard over it, then put the vent cover back and it will by-pass the vent. If it is in the floor, you still do this, but it doesn't work as well because the air is still traveling through the duct piping.

Are you able to do a video talking about topical applications of Pycnogenol? The ordinary has a Pycnogenol 5% serum that’s has some interesting claims but doesn’t seem to be a common antioxidant used in skincare.

I'm new here and trying to catch up on all your earlier posts learning how best to care for my rosacea prone almost 60 year old skin. You are a hoot! But I so appreciate you taking your time to share with us all you've learned in your very short (compared to mine) lifespan. I do want to include here your very insightful statement on adulthood. It's funny that when we're young and longing to become adults we think life is going to be so much more exciting and glamorous than being a youth. Bwaaaaaa!
