I believe the fake ad in the video is another layer of Joke on Alex Jones who during his show advertises his alpha male vitality supplement, and the knowledge wars sign in the back is a play on Infowars
Even if the root system doesn’t propogate from tip to tip, mycelium generally does create highways between root systems to allow “communication” from root system to root system.
If Un'goro was a test facility for the titans could it be possible that they replayed the event of the lightning struck world tree to observe the outcome?
I was always under the impression that Grell were the demonic form of Goblins because Satyr are the demonic form of Night Elves. Thats the impression I got questing through Teldrassil on my first character. It's mentioned in the Classic Teldrassil intro that Night Elves were still fighting against the remnants of the Burning Legion, and you encounter Grell immediately, and frequently throughout Kalimdor.
The Imp Daglop from Azsuna has an interesting line about how he heard our world as members of his race/ancestors that didn't join the Legion. I took this as probably meaning that if there was a direct grell/imp connection, it's that they were recruited during the War of the Ancients- but then the whole lore around Imp-mothers feels contrary to that so maybe he's a little full of it (as imps often are)
Maybe we should take a look at world of warcraft's Volcanos, precisely the ones in Azeroth, If Mount Kajaro has Kaja'Mite below it then what do the others have?
Old Gods are called Old Gods because they were/are literally the old gods of Azeroth before the titans arrived. The titans then imprisoned them/turned them into abominations/monsters through trying to order them.
Regarding the new trees planted on top of old trees, if you look at RL human history, it’s a very common practice. There I archeological evidence that many ancient civilizations also rebuilt cities on top of old cities! Interesting parallel to real life history! Amazing reaction vid btw!
What if world trees are like the outward fruiting of the organisms. Like mushrooms are the fruiting bodies of fungi. The “important” part of the organism is the mycelium or the ROOTS.
one clue possibly. Ragnaros in Cataclysm was going after Nordrassil, there is also volcano in Ashenvale. So another bone to throw on world tree:volcano theory
Pyro I had such a blast watching you vibe to Xaxxas’s speculations, I really hope you two will create something together 🙂 you are 2 guys who “don’t miss” anything as you said and that makes you the two best warcraft content creators, imho… keep it up ❤
Plunderstorm stuff is interesting, the zone is full of air elemental mobs. Not to mention, Pieces of Hate, the "treasure" elemental rare mob.. just feels like a name with some intent behind it. Who, I wonder, is sitting on a mountain of gold only to be slowly corrupted by greed?
Sarenite touch by azerite when in large enough quantities Azerite can reverse the negative effects of anything it's added to but in small amounts is amplify the negative effects
At this point it wouldn't even be any surprise if there had been an order before the Titan's with all cosmic forces in a much better, actual balance and than the Titan's f*cker messed everything up. By them trying to enforce THEIR order, they pushd this balance into a self destroying extreme. They for example enforce empower Light, since they go along well with the whole "one truth" thing, but this simply has to empower Void, too, because the universe has to be in balance, pushing the void into a horrible extreme. Same for Fel. With Order becoming such a dominant force, Chaos also grows more into an extrem of defiance. The more Order tries to rule supreme, the more the universe is ripped apart by chaos in this unavoidable mechanism of balance, what the Titans simlpy can't even comprehend, because they see themselves as the only real balance, the only true norm, unable to understand, that the harder they try to enforce this, the more extrem and distorted they and the universe become. Life and Death likely worked best - and maybe lured them into this mental trap. With both sides having their clearly segmented areas, they had a more unique kind of balance going on betweem them. But in the end, it might again be the Titan's f*ckery, that destroyed even that, destroying the border between Life and Death for example with the whole Emerald Dream shit. And it's still the big question why the original Arbiter, Zovaal, as the most prominent link between Life and Death, suddenly went against the system. This is obviously important, since they hold that information back, because it would reveal too much.
Let me make some wild guesses. The Al'Akir incident is describing the elemental war against the Old Gods. The trees are the 7 heads of Y'Shaarj. The blood turns into Kaja'Mite like Saronite did. Aman'Thul later ripped his body off Azeroth causing the sundering and tossed him into the space. Y'Shaarj absorbes the light of the sun and gets balanced thus becomes Elune. Titans try to use the remains of Y'Shaarj for their good and plant Order where the heads were turn it into a power layline. They focus that Order power into the biggest wound(Well of eternity) trying to affect Azeroth into Order .
I remember a thing about refined fel not having the same properties as the "corrupted" one which would make you sick, deformed, crazed etc. I remember it was "pure" enough to heal, buff but was also addictive. If Chaos is Fel then Kaja'mite is just extremely refined fel ! It gives ideas etc but it makes them chaotic, meanwhile gnomes are more stable and clear of mind (I mean not entirely but you know xd)
IF the black empire WAS in the water and only a bit of land mass was available, would it make ALL the sense ion the world that OFC we should find them on the TOP of MOUNTAINS? MOUNT HYJAL MUGUMBA ETC?
"stealing history" is not uncommon, when you think of it: "easter" was originally the celebration of "ishtar", andChristianity is believed to have slowly taken over the celebration (oversimplification, but the idea is sound)
So Azeroth is sargeras? If what u said about liquid azerite turns red/orange if in contact with air :P titans tried to extract Azeroth and they accidentally made sargeras 😂
have any of these cool speculations ever come to pass? because as far as I remember the actual story never ended up being that well written but haven't been around for BFA, Shadowlands or DF
I don't know the most about wow lore. But, why does it have to be the titams bopping off of the old gods and their use of trees. Why can't the use of world trees just be a "normal thing" amongst beings that powerful as a way to order or produce life on a planet? I think the discs mentioned they searched a long time before finding azeroth and these being date us by a large margin. The use of giant trees could just be the best thing for either to use. Idk though.
I haven't used an AI filtering for Nazaxx or any other male characters since Ep.1/first upload. Even in that one, I pefoemed the Denathrius and Gallywix parts unfiltered. Only Elune/Blue Child/Avaloren video used it for female voices, which I still perform. I set myself up for misinfo using it once, I know, but I had no reason to think it would be seen as widely lol. That's why it's been all me ever since.
@_xaxxas wait thats your real voice?! Edit: like i mean the main speakers voice for these vids... i thought it was too good to be a real voice Another edit: i dont mean it as a negative thing either! Even though im widely against ai as a whole i think using ai filters for your voice to make content sound better/in character i dont hold that against ya at all. Prolly the least harmful use possible
@Jupiterpunk i honestly just always thought the voice was AI, like from the first vid i recall hearing that wierd breathy talking that ai will sometimes do and just assumed from there, cool to hear it isnt tho
Problem with extrem order is simple. Just imagine the year 3000 on earth - after germany has won the 2.WW and everything afterwards was written by them. What do you think the people in 3000 would be like and think of everything, living in that "empire of order"... And yes, fascism IS a kind of order.
Cheers Pyro! Your reactions are always a blast to see. Really hope we get a massive anniversary reveal come the 13th!
Holy bananas video. Bravo
Awesome videos
Xaxxas is way too underrated. I was excited to see Pyro reacting to another of his vids.💚
I believe the fake ad in the video is another layer of Joke on Alex Jones who during his show advertises his alpha male vitality supplement, and the knowledge wars sign in the back is a play on Infowars
Xaxxas is criminally under subscribed
Even if the root system doesn’t propogate from tip to tip, mycelium generally does create highways between root systems to allow “communication” from root system to root system.
Interesting that both maps, the trees and the one showed of titanic installations from the manifold are really close to eachother
If Un'goro was a test facility for the titans could it be possible that they replayed the event of the lightning struck world tree to observe the outcome?
Like a simulation or experiment? Definitely!
is Xaxxas one who put Avaloren leak out there?
Yes, the man is very talented
Yes he is!!
Wait, really?

Interesting stuff for sure!

that'd be a fun lore tour!
Old Gods are called Old Gods because they were/are literally the old gods of Azeroth before the titans arrived. The titans then imprisoned them/turned them into abominations/monsters through trying to order them.
Old Gods did nothing wrong
Could we be disabling the storm in the future allowing us to cross the oceans to new lands?
The difference between Grell and Imps, as revealed in Legion. Is the Grell are the Ancestors of the Imps.
Regarding the new trees planted on top of old trees, if you look at RL human history, it’s a very common practice. There I archeological evidence that many ancient civilizations also rebuilt cities on top of old cities! Interesting parallel to real life history!
Amazing reaction vid btw!
no pressure blizzard but these two guys build a hype that you better not fail to deliver
This whole video all i could think about was how in The Lord of the Rings, Mithril was made, by a similar effect of a tree being struck.
The dudes a goblin, did you expect him not to put a little advertisement for goblin items in his vid? 😂
What if world trees are like the outward fruiting of the organisms. Like mushrooms are the fruiting bodies of fungi. The “important” part of the organism is the mycelium or the ROOTS.
I love that ole boy stays in character even during his ads!

That gblin looked like half pine apple
16:50 the SACRED FLAME
Banana from Tel abim, is in the game since classic
"Definitely tested on animals!" LMAO
37:30 could also emply the natural state of the realm there from, fluidic by nature.
This aged like Fine Wine, Grats Xaxxas you nailed it.
The origin of mithril in LotR is similar, a magical tree on top of a mountain is struck by divine lightning. Its roots become veins of mithril.
27:20 Literally what their IRL counterpart does. 👃

The thing with world trees, wouldn´t it also better explain why was Aman´Thul angry at Eonar for that one tree? If I remember the lore correctly...

Ether thought Kajimiet are the scabs of azaroth when a scabs forms blood gets trapped
At this point it wouldn't even be any surprise if there had been an order before the Titan's with all cosmic forces in a much better, actual balance and than the Titan's f*cker messed everything up.

Nice, I missed a lot of this during the stream!
If Saronite is the blood of Yogg Saron, maybe Kajamite is the blood of the 5th old god
Let me make some wild guesses. The Al'Akir incident is describing the elemental war against the Old Gods. The trees are the 7 heads of Y'Shaarj. The blood turns into Kaja'Mite like Saronite did. Me: nah, Xaxxas is too bananas this time. - Blizzard: Hey, Plunderstorm is coming back beginning of next year - Me: I´m unworthy *bow*
20:44
BUT THAT TREE
...
looks like the eggplant emoji XD
@9:25 rick and morty energy
Yknow. When the orcs drank the blood of Mannoroth, they turned green and were modified.
Maybe Kajimite is like the blood of Mannoroth..
Side note, not only is Xaxxas extremely smart and funny, the man is super attractive. He's kind of a dreamboat in all ways.
The first fire sounds like the sacred flame
10:55 contained Fel. Or ordered Fel
zandalar used to be bigger... the desert wasnt always a desert...
Rooooots, bloody rooooots.
what about the dead world tree in Grizzly Hills?
It make sence yooo
IF the black empire WAS in the water and only a bit of land mass was available, would it make ALL the sense ion the world that OFC we should find them on the TOP of MOUNTAINS? MOUNT HYJAL MUGUMBA ETC?
Bro you would LOVE to read Malazan
What if kajamite is just fel infused azerite?

Wrathion should still have Lightning powers 👏
He probably forgot to take notes on how to use them 😂
I can't deal with this goblin dude trying to sound like Mer-man. wtf is that. m'out
I know this I off topic but could bwomsandi be haranir?
earthen = ordered earth?
Problem with extrem order is simple.
