  • I really hope you all enjoy this video, I had so much fun making it. If you couldn't tell, it's inspired by The Batman (2022), one of my favorite movies ever.
    It took me a lot of time and effort to make this video and because of the music that I used, I won't be able to make money off of it. So I hope you would consider becoming a member of my Patreon community, I just created it so at the time of this posting I have 0 members. I will be honest and say that as of now there really isn't any reason to join other than to support me and help me afford to keep making videos. I do plan on doing a give-away at some point in the near future and I will always be thinking of ways to give back to my community and make your membership worth it to you.
    patreon.com/LateNightWoodworking
    Another way I want to give back to my community is to do community service. I'm not trying to get more likes by offering an incentive, but I just figure that if my videos get a lot of likes, then I should give back to the community with the most valuable asset that I have... my time.
    I also want to say that I don't actually think that RH furniture will fall apart after 2 years, I think that they have a pretty high-quality product BUT someone had to play the villain in my (as some would say) woodworking noir. And since they use veneers and charge way to much and try to hide is as much as possible, I thought they were the perfect fit.
    Anyway, thank you all for watching and subscribing, I couldn't have guessed that I would be over 2k subs in just a couple of videos.
    Inspirations:

    Cool to see you grow! Your video quality is much better, very pleasant to watch. Tip, always use the round side of your router foot against your guide ;) Greetings from the Netherlands!

      Thank you! Hello to you back from the US! I’ve been to the Netherlands! Beautiful country. I’ve never heard that tip before! Why use the round end?

    • @acreatedesign
      @acreatedesign 8 місяців тому +2

      No way, that's cool! I plan to go to the US later this year :) The round edge is always the same distance to your router bit. It is way harder to keep it straight when you use the straight edge. I subscribed! Really looking forward to your work. Always wanted to film my own work and put it on UA-cam, never did it.. Nice to see you do it!@@LateNightWoodworking

    greetings from germany! i love the combination of cinematography and woodworking. keep going youre doing amazing videos! one question tho: why are you spraying the wood with (water?) ? do you do it to just wipe it afterwards to prepare it for the next round of sanding?

    • @LateNightWoodworking
      @LateNightWoodworking  8 місяців тому

      Hello!! Thank you I appreciate it! I spray with water because it raises the grain of the wood when in dries, making it more smooth when I sand it!

      Light and dark...yin and yang. The tension is a never ending part of life's constant struggle to balance unimaginable forces. Unfortunately, some just can't maintain and fall off the edge. It always seems to gain you must risk loss. Just subscribed. Not wild about the design of the piece; my choice. Everything else is spot on. You are an amazing talent!
