European MOTORHOME Tour - PULA Croatia

- Days 9-11 of our 45 day Motorhome Tour. We leave Slovenia and head for Pula in Croatia. The main draw was to see the Pula Roman Amphitheatre which was amazing but we had the most fun taking our Kayak out for its maiden voyage on the sea. We would have stayed longer than 2 days but the weather forecast for the Plitvice lakes was at its best the following day so we head off to Camping Plitvice, the closest site to the Lakes. Our drive over there was half motorway and half very small roads, it left us thinking could there have been a better way to get there! On our first night we have a quick 10 mile bike ride and find an impressive medieval tower overlooking the canyon below.

We travelled this road in our Motorhome from Rovinj to the island of Krk and I can confirm that the Robot Road Worker is still there and convincingly waving his flag. Not sure what they'll do with him when the road construction finishes.......😂😂

By far the best channel on UA-cam, we travel in our motorhome with 2 young kids but as soon as they are old enough I will be pushing them into extreme adventures 😁👍

Great trip and video. We've done the trip to Croatia a few times now, so it is good to see how other people do it. Unfortunately we don't have the luxury of a 45 day trip or a motorhome, ours is more a crammed estate and a tent or two. Real cheap seats 😀Took an inflatable kayak along for the first time this summer too, which was fantastic, a real game changer.
It was only back in 2017 when we were in a 7 seater car with tent, fond memories but no more middle of the night walks to the toilet block! We are really liking our Kayak, adds an extra activity to our adventures 😀 Cheers...Andy&Michelle

yeah because we were for centuries at war with them ?! every country that we had a war with left some influence across our land .. every other country on this planet is also affected in the same way
Great video, some of the roads look quite 'interesting' but I guess they were not as busy as it would be on similar roads in the UK. Going into the caves seemed a little risky - perhaps that is just us! Love the way you always make an effort setting the table, placemats, serviettes - I think the next step has to be serviette rings and a full condiments holder.... haha, well done.

There was no swell in the sea so we felt safe going into the cave and didn't stay too long.
