That is a very interesting point you've raised. We're going to have to investigate the salt content of cheese now and how this affects the front of pack nutrition. We never even linked cheese and salt. Thanks for mentioning this... back to school for us 😅Regarding the camera... we're getting better with less takes, thanks for the confidence boost 🤩
Hi that seems ok but did you know you could have put it in your air fryer too as you can do them in your air fryer too even though it doesnt say so but you can
Hi Christine, thank you, it was fine to be honest and more filling than other pasta options at that price. We've not done any of this style meal in the Air Fryer yet. We shall have to give it a whirl though as it might yield better results. Do you find this is the case compared to say the Microwave?
@@ShaneAndLisa hi again I'm not too sure how the taste comparison will be,but it probably might be good I've just seen it in another channel and they did it on there, and they said to be careful with the film on top as it can sort of fly near to the element at the top of the air fryer, also to get it out or in if the item is too near the sides then they suggest you put some foil underneath it and make sure it pulls up the side a bit so you can get it in and out easily that's if you havent enough room to put things in it by your fingers, they do a chicken tikka masala in one ready meal it's from an aldi or lidl,I think they are doing a taste test.but the reason for the foil is so you dont burn your fingers when you get things out if there is not enough room to get the item out.
possible tip, ....add some cheap ready to eat meatballs really bulk it up tto a meal either from a can (they're not bad really) used to be around 45p Iceland sell them as snack packs chilled for a pound 😇
Thanks for the tip. We found the product you mentioned on Iceland's website: www.iceland.co.uk/p/delicatessen-fine-eating-swedish-style-meatballs-200g/52779.html Wishing you a great week ahead and thanks for sharing this.
Hi Carley, Thanks for letting us know about this we are heading to Aldi this week so we will be on the look out for this. ~25% saving too well done Aldi for value on price.
Hi Catherine. It was nice but yes a pep up wouldn't hurt. Olives would make a good addition. Veg wise broccoli would be our choice but maybe some nice flat beans would add some crunch. Thanks for adding your tips :)
Cheese is pretty salty. I do enjoy your videos, you’re both so natural in front of the camera!

Try the ready meals in the airfry and keep the container for making your own
We're going to give it a try on our next RM review and see how the results compare.
Hi both,I love the cheese and tomato pasta ready meal from aldi exactly the same but only 75p.so cheaper.

You could add some leftover veg and some olives to pep it up

Buy these frequently and just grate over some extra cheese. You can change up the cheese for different flavours.
Extra cheese would have gone down well on this to be fair. Pepper and a little sauce of choice too.
@@ShaneAndLisa a blob of Philadelphia mixed into the sauce works well too
