​@ShaneAndLisa Back in the July of 2022 the tenants of the other flats in the block where I lived received section 21 notices as well and one of them had a contract due to end at the end of the September of 2022 but the letting agent had put the date to be out as mid September which was wrong and made the notice invalid as they were entitled to stay till the end of their fixed term contract by law! I said to them to get citizens advice to check the notice but to go early as there's always a queue there!

Hi Bev, although we call it rola-cola the taste is there, not as sharp as the full sugar branded but actually does a good job. Watch out on the shelf labels though as in Morrisons to make sure you are charged 49p, we found a couple with very similar labels. Wishing you a great day, Lisa xx

@@ShaneAndLisa I was absolutely shocked. Normally the dog wee mats i buy are £13 but currently £10 which is a bargain but they all seem to think xmas stuff is worth more than it actually is. Sainsburys have the tin for £12

@@Crazy-Caveman-qh2dzthe dog pads are often reduced to £10, I believe tescos do a box at the same price, the quality isn’t as good as the B&M ones though

@@misshipster98 I have tried a few different dog pads and found B&M the best ones by far. Usually they were £13 but this year they have reduced the price so i bought 4 packs

Hi Ashleigh, Remember when there was a craze to microwave everything... bacon, eggs, toast haha and there was all the extra inventions to make it easier. People used to be folding bacon in kitchen paper to microwave it haha. Initially the trays look like some recycled packaging but it seems they are the key to bringing an oven done pie experience to the microwave. This was the discussion over the Microwave vs Oven, we shall have to put it to the test. As a side, you can always tell when the chippie has microwaved a pie because they are like a soggy pastry casing... not good and annoying when the chalk board outside says 'oven fresh'. @@ShaneAndLisa Omg im going to be having words with my neighbour lol. He never told me that car can fly. I was out for about 5 hours shopping and had roof down. I think i done 35 miles in it today and because that car was amazing i treated it to a £175 dashcam setup lol. i felt intoxicated by the smoothness of the drive

Well yes that’s obvious but the point is nobody has money after Christmas for January sales. Otherwise everyone would just do that. But most people are skint after Christmas.

With high prices this year shops are going to struggle to get in the sales needed.

@@ShaneAndLisa Lol i popped out earlier just to start the car to make sure it runs ok for tomorrow and i thought why does it keep trying to move forward a bit when i start it. Then i realised handbrake wasnt on. But main place i am going to tomorrow is my MOT guy to see if he can run it through in couple weeks so i can get my 13 months lol.
