सागवाड़ा. डूंगरपुर मार्ग पर नगर पालिका की बेशकीमती भूमि पर अतिक्रमण का मामला सामने आया है। इधर, शिकायत के बाद नगरपालिका भी सिर्फ नोटिस देकर अपना पल्ला झाड़ने की कोशिश में है। ठोस कार्रवाई नहीं होने से नगरपालिका की भूमिका पर भी सवाल खड़े हो रहे हैं। इधर, जिन्हें नोटिस जारी किया है उन्होंने अतिक्रमण से इंकार करते हुए जमीन को अपनी बताया है। जानकारी के मुताबिक डूंगरपुर मार्ग पर सिटी सेंटर से पहले पूर्व मंत्री और कांग्रेस के कद्दावर नेता रहे भीखा भाई भील के परिजनों की जमीन है। उनकी जमीन के बीच में ही करीब दो बीघा से अधिक नगरपालिका की जमीन बताई जा रही है। मामले में शिकायत के बाद सागवाड़ा नगर पालिका की ओर से जारी नोटिस के अनुसार मौजा सागवाड़ा की पालिका स्वामित्व की नं. 4993 की भूमि पर अतिक्रमण कर परकोटे का निर्माण कर दिया गया है। यह नोटिस नगरपालिका के पूर्व अध्यक्ष सुरेश बामणिया की पत्नी चंदा देवी और उनके पुत्र सन्नी बामणिया को दिया गया है। नगर पालिका के अधिशासी अधिकारी जितेंद्र कुमार शर्मा ने बताया कि नगर पालिका की जमीन पर अतिक्रमण को लेकर 30 अगस्त 2024 को नोटिस भेजा था। अतिक्रमण को लेकर कोई जवाब नहीं मिलने पर दो सितंबर को पुनः नोटिस जारी किया गया, जिसमें पालिका खसरा नं. 4993 की भूमि पर अतिक्रमण को नहीं हटाये जाने का उल्लेख है। नोटिस में बताया गया है कि खसरा नं. 4993 पर किये गये अतिक्रमण को हटा अन्यथा आपके द्वारा पालिका खसरा भूमि पर किये गये अतिक्रमण को ध्वस्त करने की कार्रवाई की जाएगी। जमीन की कीमत का अंदाजा इसी से लगाया जा सकता है कि सरकारी डीएलसी दर व्यावसायिक 2272 रुपए प्रति स्क्वायर फीट है। जबकि बाजार दर प्रति स्क्वायर फीट इससे कहीं ज्यादा है। हालांकि डूंगरपुर मार्ग पर सडक से 100 फीट छोड कर भी कोई निर्माण होता है तो काफी जगह नगर पालिका की बचती है, जो करोड़ों की है। शहरवासियों की माने तो ऐसी जगहों को नगरपालिका यदि अतिक्रमण से मुक्त कर नीलाम करें, तो पालिका की आय बढ़ेगी।
नगरपालिका की जमीन पर अतिक्रमण को लेकर नोटिस जारी किया गया था। जिसके बाद यह जवाब आया था की जिस जमीनपर बाउंड्री बनी हुई है वो पालिका की जमीन नहीं है। पालिका की ओर से जल्द ही इसकी जांच कराई जाएगी इसके बाद ही आगे की कार्रवाई की जाएगी। जितेंद्र कुमार शर्मा, अधिशासी अधिकारी, नगरपालिका सागवाड़ा

On not receiving any response regarding the encroachment, a notice was again issued on September 2, which mentions that the encroachment on the land of Palika Khasra No. 4993 has not been removed. It has been told in the notice that the encroachment made on Khasra No. 4993 should be removed otherwise action will be taken to demolish the encroachment made by you on Palika Khasra land. The price of the land can be estimated from the fact that the government DLC rate commercial is Rs 2272 per square feet. Whereas the market rate per square feet is much higher than this. However, if any construction is done even after leaving 100 feet from the road on Dungarpur road, then a lot of space of the municipality is saved, which is worth crores. If the city dwellers are to be believed, if the municipality frees such places from encroachment and auctions them, then the income of the municipality will increase.
A notice was issued regarding encroachment on the land of the municipality. After which the reply came that the land on which the boundary is built is not the land of the municipality.
