Well that's it.

After finishing season 1 I think I figured out why this series has appealed to me so much. The characters/ actors/ players give off mass effect and Firefly vibes. The ship designs and I have always been a fan of halo’s ships. And of course the verity of combat between ships, troops, etc. It tickles most of my sci fi wants and needs.
I was legit ready for a full 50 minutes of negotiations until half the committee got lit up lol

To Captain Brock, the crew of the EFN Eternity, and the many men/women of the CDF and Ryders factions. I cannot exclaim enough what a pleasure it has been to binge the first season of this series over the last 2 weeks. Your fleets, your fights, your design philosophies, the music composition for the fights, the shit talk that can be observed right here in the comments section, all of it has been phenomenal and rekindled my passion for the game.
I wish to give special mention to Episode 8: Close Contact. It turned the heads of a few of my friends who never give these kinds of game more than two minutes of their time. The narration, clear communication of the Eternity's Crew, the magnificent skybox, and especially the choice of music and SFX editing had everyone's attention firmly fixed upon the action. That double cannon shot straight into the DD's engineering compartment was an attack of pure beauty; a Space Engineers heart ripping FATALITY if ever I've seen one.
I will soon be starting the second season and I have high expectations for the story and content ahead. Perhaps as Season 2 ends and the makings of Season 3 begins, there will be space for enthusiastic men with lots of free time and a high functioning rig to carve a place and make healthy contributions to your incredible world and story.
Godspeed Captain. You have proven just how awesome Space Engineers can be at its finest.

At least everybody knows and understands that it was a third party that so rudely interrupted. That was an amazing show, I'm going to have to go back and watch your older stuff before I go into season two, that would give me a lot more context into what the heck was going on in the first few episodes especially. Thanks for making stuff like this. I genuinely think with a bit of polish, this story could easily be an animated or live action TV show.
If something like this happened irl everyone would be blaming each other and they would go right back to war

That was a nice surprise attack from the KE, the negotiations got pretty funny at times! I am now considering rewatching S2 to have the timeline not messed up.
Dang it, I have a soft spot on the subject of the preservation of my species. This episode hits my feels directly.
Im just binge watching this now. EFN has Brock, CDF has Mallard. Riders are many voices issuing commands and opinions all the time. Not a negative thing just an observation 😊

if you need something to watch, Sigmarius series (3 seasons worth) might be worth watching. (S6, S7, S8)

Yep. That was the plan, and I'm not sure if the CDF noticed. The plan was to prepare for a potential second war by ensuring that Winchester wouldn't get bogged down in a constant stalemate again while simultaneously allowing us to rapidly assault and take/destroy Remington.

Wow, looking back on this from Outlands Season 3. The grid was only 3x3, the Khans were only known as NEU because a proper name hadn't been selected, it was only the Outer Reach represented and not the Belt, and a measly three primary factions. Wow... Outlands has really grown, huh?

So yeah, CDF and Raiders somehow came to an agreement after the final battle, and here is the third party. I wonder who else will join the fight for control over the system. I'm looking forward to Season 2!
at the start i go ooo she's a bit of a fixer upper but i think she will fly again. ( I am referring to the Eternity Advent she only had slight battle damage)

I've just finished rewatching Outlands S1. It's much better after having watched the Sigmarius. Outlands S1 was your first series I've watched, and the beginning was kinda boring without the Sig. But with the Sig first it's just as good as Sigmarius itself.
I have a question though. What happens to Gage and Link? I know Gage remained in the Solar System, but what happened to the actual person? Did he leave the series, take a break, or voices another character (I'm terrible at recognizing the same voice in two differnt characters. I could only recognize Tiber and Rhodor in Sigmarius. Obviously Brock, Ace, and Doffen had the exact same characters).
As for Link I do remember that is Outlands S2 KMax steers The Eternity. Did Link just change the nickname, or is it someobe else entirely?

I remember now something else. I apriciate that you don't crash Mantas/Ospreys/Whatever anywhere near as often in Outlands, as you did in Sigmarius. It's a great scene if it happens from time to time, but in Sigmarius it almost happened weekly like in Star Wars The Clone Wars. It's really annoying when main characters survive dozens of crashes, but others not even a single one.
From visual perspective scenes like orbital drop on the Moon base was fantastic, but it really annoyed me, when only you, Gage, and Doffen survived, when everyone else died. So thanks for not crashing as often.😀

You're really making something interesting here. Some of the people with voice lines are actually reasonably good at delivering them. I am interested to see how this progresses over the seasons both technically as a production and narratively as a creation. Good work, and thank you for the hours of entertainment.

Good evening (or whatever the time is if you're reading this, if you read it at all that is), just finished binging S1 after watching the 3 starting episodes of S4 and taking interest. This series reminds me why I've got space engineers on my wishlist. Thank you ever so much for all the quality content.

They were talking concrete shit bc wtf are the riders gonna tell they’re citizens after not only seeing an unequal peace deal but losing a symbol of their protection would cause so much unrest it would lead to revolt that the CDF could take advantage of. This is basic shit bruh and it’s interesting.
