I've been looking at Pahrump real estate online, and this confirms it. I've NEVER seen a community that cares so little about what their yards look like! Every house for sale is a dead ass bare dust/dirt lot without a lick of vegetation, landscaping or character. Plop! A house is dropped on a lot that's been scraped down to dust. It's quite sad, how little they all seem to care about the outside.
The only thing that’s missing from me is some glass for the showers. I don’t know if the builder would be willing to put those in for me.
