For anyone watching and building a production unit - note that the stabs don't come with the stab pads in this video - you can go ahead and just install them without. Be good of Meletrix to mention that so we don't all waste a long time trying to find out!
Thanks for the heads up, I’m trying to build mine right now! I noticed when I was screwing the stabilizer in, all of them fit except one point (you can see it at 5:48, just below the one they are screwing in). Where the screw is too close to that other metal piece on the PCB. Did you have that problem too? I don’t want to damage it and this is the first keyboard I have ever built!
@jeremyliu9307 yep I did. Just use the washer and screw it tight (it will bend). It's all good, how it's designed. I was sceptical at first but read that it's all good.
If you have a polycarb plate then put in the switches before you close the case. Make sure the switching are flush to the plate. Otherwise you will have misaligned keys
What size Phillips screwdriver do you need? 2 bags of screws and 1 bag of tools, but the tools also have screws... But with no label.. Are they extra screws or are they for something specific? Need more detail please!
Is there a video for the partially assembled version? Or is it just installing the switches and keycaps of our choice? Sorry totally new to the “custom keyboard” scene
Seems like the stablizer screw for ANSI Enter can't go all the way in because the hotswap socket is too close to the hole on the PCB. I don't wanna force the screws in but they are all cramped up in a very small space. I wish meletrix just made different boards for ISO and ANSI layouts.
Hopefully the manufacturer can create image editing software for LCD screens on computers instead of on phones. The software on phones is very bad and difficult to use.
next time just use the video audio, the music got really stale after 5minutes, let alone 16mins....Great instruction video though, appreciate the efforts.
SURE WISH EVERY DAM KEYBOARD WASN’T SOLD OUT. ANY DARN IDEA WHEN I COULD PURCHASE A SINGLE KEYBOARD. WOULD YOU MIND WHILE YOUR AT IT TELL ME IF EVERYTHING COMES INCLUDED WITH THE KEYBOARD OTHER THAN THE SWITCHES AND KEYCAPS?
Unfortunately you can't buy it anymore unless there's another round of the group buy. Yeah, it comes with everything apart from switches and keycaps. :)

Spacebar clarification: 5:52 shows ANSI/ISO with 7u spacebar. 5:58 is actually 6.25u (not 7u as shown on the screen)
