Agreed. It is a crime to deny Ukraine the resources to win. However you need to define what winning is and that has not been done yet. Is Russia leaving Ukraine with the means to come back winning? Ask Chechnya if that is winning. I fall under the camp of destroying Russia's ability to conduct war as winning. Then Russia cannot come back. That takes time though and will cost lives, both Russian and Ukrainian. The first thing I suppose is to decide what winning is. This is something that needs to be done and hasn't been done yet. So far the goal has been for Ukraine to survive. That has been done. Now the goal is to win.

Once the many elements of the aid package arrive, Russia's meat wave attacks will become unsustainable. Currently they are only possible due to the shortage of ammunition.

It also is a big deal that Ukraine passed a conscription act to both expand its armed forces and provide retotions and relief for it front line troops.
What Ukraine should do is encourage the millions of Ukrainian women who have feld to Poland and other NATO countries,to return home and
work in war industries to free up men for frontline service. Those women with children should still return and relocate them to western Ukraine.

You do realise that the aid package money mostly goes to the US, right? You commented as if the US is sending money when you have problems. The US is making itself stronger by donating its old equipment and replacing it with aid package money.
Also this package isn't enough to defeat Russia. Ukraine will continue needing help for quite a while before they can win. If the US didn't drag its feet for so long with aid because of Republicans then perhaps this money would have been better used. However, due to time, Russia is stronger and made progress while Ukraine is weaker. They need to recover from that first before going on the offensive. So "cool down" your expectations of Ukraine with the aid money.

Currents arms package will be good enough to hold back the Orks and it gives Europe a time span to rebuild the military industrial complex they dismantled since WW2. Without the Americans, Europe would have a serious problem. These artillerie shells and the fighter jets will make a difference in the summer, and they already can shoot more shells now they know more arms are being delivered. F16’s will be a game changer this summer

I loved Illia's description of how out of sync this war is with today's achievements and challenges! The war is an unfortunate byproduct of people who are supposed to be leaders that have no ideas and are scared of the future. Keep up the good work Illia.
