Going for S-ranks won't be fun.
@@rapidrotation I had more trouble with that wheel and ac/mt spam than the final boss haha. Tip, use missiles vs the very last fight, it made it very easy to beat, I imagine that'll help with S-ranking it.

I love how the bosses and enemies aren’t a skill check, but a build check for your mechs
bit of both to be sure
I dislike that, what's good about other FROMSOFTWARE games is how you can go ahead with any build you want, but in AC6 you need to get the right build or else your ammo is gonna end at the start of the mission
@@strogonoffcore while it's possible to have a build so light that it can't kill a boss, I feel it's quite difficult to do something like that. Every boss is able to be beaten with any reasonable loadout I've seen. The more common problem is if you're using only ranged weapons and you don't use them optimally against a boss it can very much be possible to run out (using efficiently in this context meaning shooting in your range and when you can hit the boss reliably). Melee weapons are def a huge help in boss fights because of their lack of ammo and high damage, but apart from that the boss fights aren't much of a build check. Balteus is the only one I've seen with a very particular counter strat (specifically due to the shields), and one of the bosses further in being more of a cinematic fight which requires one item equipped and used for the fight.. all in all, it's just not that crazy from a build perspective, and I think people over estimate how much of a 'counter' build you need to do for bosses, when just having a generally good build should do you plenty good throughout the whole game. I've been rocking almost the exact same build since the first chapter boss with only minor part changes over my playthrough, and it's not even very different from the starting loadout the game gives.
@@strogonoffcoreI have seen people beat every boss in the game using handguns and the moonlight blade it’s not really a build check it’s just that the right build makes it MUCH easier but you can 100% bang your head into a brick wall until it breaks and kill whatever boss with whatever weapons.
@@strogonoffcore in souls series you can beat it with any build you want but there's easier builds lmao, it's the same in armored core, you can make a build that will be less effective against some ennemies but its not impossible to beat

Just a fun fact, the enemy's mechs apparently use the same set of data as you do, so any attempt to cheat for example infinite ammo, health, one shot guns will also be applied to the enemies

i know what you mean, but as someone whos used CE im pretty sure thats not how it works.
That's incorrect. I tested with a trainer for infinite health and one-hit kills and the enemies did not receive the benefits of the cheats. Guess they found a work-around.
