You did great. I usually do even smaller twists than you do. I have fine hair and the smaller I do the fuller it looks. It used to take me about 11 hours but now I take it all out for a few days and enjoy my hair. Then I blow dry after washing and moisturising. Then I just pinch tiny bits of hair to twist all over no comb partings and it takes about 6 hours but with my fine hair it looks so much better. This is helping me retain length. I couldn’t put myself against the clock. 😁 That’s too stressful for me. Your hair looks great. I also spend time afterwards admiring the hair I’ve never had before. 😁👍🏾

I have done small twist once in the past, can't remember how long it took. I think I will try them again, using your tips for quick install. How long will you keep them in, and are you going to continue to wash your hair every 2 weeks?
@@tammys1696 I think I'm being extremely ambitious but I'd love to keep them in for 8 weeks. Just refreshing my scalp every week but knowing me I won't be able to go that long. I'm not going to wash it, because I've just never had great experiences or results when I wash in mini twists of this size. I didn't mention this in the video, but I actually think setting a timer actually helped me to get in it done quicker. I didn't allow myself to get distracted. Of course this is probably impossible if you have children lol.
@@Natural2020_ I may try to keep them for 4 weeks (whenever I decide to install them, lol). I believe the timer will help me as well, sometimes I use a timer to challenge myself to get things done quick around the house. I don't have any little ones, but I can be easily distracted by tv sometimes🙂
