Dear Cari thanks for the tips. Thank you so much for your cd CIRCLE OF FIRE. It was given to me by a friend who had been studying and teaching the Toltec practices a number of years ago. It is very inspiring music.
Best way to monitor it is to watch yourself in the mirror - but the best way to achieve it is to study vocal technique. It's a process that you work on in technique to stretch the jaw so it can naturally open on your vowels. You don't want to force it!
