How to use the All-In-OneWasher & Dryer-Whirlpool® Laundry

Learn how to wash and dry in one cyle with the All-In-One
Washer & Dryer-Whirlpool® Laundry.
Step 1: Fill the load to the optimal line marked on the right side of the door.
Step 2: Choose your options-press the regular buttom for an everyday load. The appliance will select normal and will default to the wash and dry option.
Step 3: Add detergent to the Load & Go dispenser (which can hold enough detergent for up to 40 loads and uses the right amount each time). If you would like to use a single use detergent option, press Load & Go and add detergent to the top dispenser.
Step 4: Press start and enjoy your clean clothes in 3.5 hours!

Unfortunately, my Whirpool All-In-One came defective and had to be serviced out of the box. The slide and ball bearings at the bottom drawer/dispenser were broken and missing the plastic that holds everything in place. So, I couldn't use the load and go feature. And, the spin cycle sounded like a helicopter. It was so loud we could hear it two floors up. However, the repairman came out and was happy to see it was a Whirlpool model because they are the easiest to fix and the parts are standard. With just a few tweaks he was able to eliminate the loud spin issue. Then, he ordered a whole new slide for the bottom drawer. Regardless of these issues, this is my favorite appliance. It's now so quiet, it's hard to tell when it's running. It's capacity is phenomenal, because with four dogs and two horses we have a ton of large beds and blankets that need regular washing. The wash and go feature is my absolute favorite. Dirty laundry in, clean and dry laundry out. It also has wash only and dry only options, but my favorite is the self-cleaning feature. The rubber seal can accumulate a lot of buildups, and it's hard to get into some nooks and crannies. I just drop in a tablet, hit a button, and 30 minutes later the inside is clean and sparkling without a trace of residue. Despite the initial defects, I would highly recommend this washer/dryer combo.

I got brand new WFC682CLW Washer Dryer on 12-17-2023. I can ONLY use WASHER/DRYER with Regular/wrinkle Control button. I can NOT use other buttons. Can not shut of the On the Go button. I can Not do what I want, Not do like you guy instruct on net. I can NOT follow your 4 Steps. No buttons works. Something wrong with the Defaults.
Can I get the OPERATION instructions and Trouble shot instruction. How I can get help to use what the machine is designed for. I m stuck. Please help

Can't find prewash, directions with unit are poor. Being patient but not liking so far as there is no prewash and no delay start. Both standard on my older washer and my Samsung all in one . Miss Samsung but moved.
