I've had this on my wrist for almost a year now as a daily wearer. It really is my perfect watch. I agree with the author that setting the hands does take longer than one would expect. I also wish it had a better water rating. All else is PERFECT
Man I've wanted this watch so bad but the Patek AD near me refuses to sell me one until I buy 30k in jewelry. So I've been keeping an eye on secondary market prices and as soon as it hits retail, I'm pulling the trigger
Patek themselves describe it as a "steel Calatrava Weekly Calendar' on their website. It is housed under the 'complications' but is also a Calatrava. So I guess you are both right 😁

That's one awesome watch to daily
This channel is dope! Please
Keep the content going
nice video. it’s a lovely model, but i agree with the ‘flaws’ you point out. the day wheel could have an off white shade to it too.
That's true
What’s the strap you’re using on the 5212? I’d definitely replace the stock strap with that one.
White rubber strap from Zealande. Can Google it
Thanks, your video inspired me to buy a 5212 as well, hoping to use mine with a nato for the humid singapore weather!
Happy to hear that! Can also get rubber straps too
@@watchesinsingapore what is the lug size for the strap you ordered ? really digging the blue strap.
@@beherit98 20mm
@@watchesinsingapore where did you source the rubber strap?
@@lilyha2295 Zealande straps, can google it.
hello, thanks for the review, being 40mm would you have a comparison how it would wear to a 38.5mm world time..? thank you.
Wish this came on a bracelet

That's sad to hear! It's an amazing watch and I'm sure the wait will be worth it.
Great video. Thank you 🙏 Have subscribed
Thank you so much
it's a complication not a calatrava

Get that rubberstrap off, man
