I really dont think your glows are actually glowing.. a close look at your volt gauge that is visible in this video seems to support this. Superglow is so problematic as it gets older. Consider going to 10.5V plugs and glowing manually (wilson switch)..
@@thedailyadventuresofsam Gotcha.. that explains the very lively starter RPM I heard! 24V plugs then.. Superglow is rubbish when it starts to play up. Even with black diesel there's no reason you cant have superb cold starts.
I’ve now done a couple of tests and you’re absolute right, the glow plugs aren’t working. I’ve ordered a new set and will do another video once they arrive 👌🏻

Double check it really is plugs.. when superglow fails, its often the controller.. you probably know this, but the best test is to remove the glow rail and with a test lamp touch the tip of each glowplug whilst the TestLamp is connected to battery positive.. if it lights up the plug is probably good.. if it doesnt light up, its 100% a bad plug.

I’ve just uploaded a video after replacing the plugs and lets just say it was a interesting turn of events 🫣😅
