ive been cheated on many times by my boyfriend in the past and its an experience that i wouldnt wish on anyone. it makes you really scared and it messes with your head causing you to feel anxious even just checking your phone. seeing that cheater laugh in the beginning it just made me feel disgusted

I cheated on my fiancé once, but I was 18 at the time and it was the beginning of our relationship plus this is the only adult and serious relationship I’ve ever had so I was dumb and assumed that this one was gonna be just like my other relationships, we worked through it, I find cheating disgusting and to hear the hurt in my loves voice, how broken he had sounded, it broke me I felt like some disgusting creature, I wanted to die from hurting him because he didn’t deserve it, he was and is an amazing person and treats me like gold. I, having cheated, hate people who cheat, I especially hate people who cheat and blame the other person and not themselves because they are the only ones in the wrong you need to take responsibility for your fucked up actions. That’s the thing too when my fiancé had found out he repeatedly asked me “Did I do something wrong?” “Was there something I said or did that wasn’t enough? Is there more I could be doing?” “What did I do wrong?” And that broke me because he didn’t do anything wrong, he was and is amazing, so I explained to him that I think it’s just cause I was immature and didn’t realize how great of a relationship I really was in and that this relationship wasn’t in fact going to end. I’m so glad he gave me a second chance, now we’re living together, I’m happier than I’ve ever been and from what he’s told me he is too, I love him more than anything. So to those who are and will cheat/cheating either knock it the fuck off, grow up, and be more mature, or just fucking leave the relationship cause you’re being fucking stupid and it’s just going to make you a piece of shit.

I’ve been broken up with because the person wanted to cheat. Trust me it felt 95% better than if they had cheated. Made me feel like I dodged a bullet (and at least they were honest about it) and it avoided a loooot of unnecessary pain. So if you wanna cheat, just break up with the person, like why are you with them anyway!! It’s best for both people
