I have been a fan of the Dale Bros for a long time. The Nova and the Streamliner are my favorites. They have a big scale dragster that I wish they would restore, but it's not in the cards. I was also lucky enough to get to spend time with Gary and David at GSL, and David some more in SoCal. So fun to hang with the OGs.

A couple of great modelers! I was lucky enough to meet Dale at the last NNL in Ohio. Herkimer, NY? I lived in Richfield Springs, NY back in the late 60's/early 70's!
Gary’s blue car is one of my all time favorites. I just love the low slung and sleek mid engine style! The last time I saw it in person was behind “the blue door” in Omaha 1976, where we awarded it 3rd in the nation behind Bruce Owen, and Tim Boyd.

Wish I had my old 66 Chey 2 ! That I did for the Kankakee model car show. After that show, that car became a kit that everyone did.

I'm from Sidney, Ohio, and remember going to Hara car shows, and I remember those magazines. Lol I think I still have them. I'm 55. I've met Scott Sullivan and the late Ohio George Montgomery.
I couldn't agree more - a video with Tom Woodruff and his models would be great. A very creative and talented modeler! The challenge for ModelCarMuse would be to limit the Woodruff UA-cam to less than an hour or 2.

No, the Herkimer NY shirt is related to an elaborate gag our father pulled off many years ago. But I've been to Crazy Otto's Empire Diner in Herkimer. A classic diner!
