Omg thank you so much for the video!!! I’ve been eyeing a pack of tásales on Amazon and I have small plush yarn scraps so you definitely made me realize I can just make them myself!!! 🎉
Brilliant! I have to tell you, if my ending ball is smaller than 2 inches i toss it. I live in a very small space and i'm a certified minimalist so i really don't like saving scrap yarn. However, i do keep balls that are bigger and this is a perfect way to use those. About 3 or 4 years ago i realized that i had an entire tote full of scrap balls and typical scrap projects do not bring me joy so i donated that entire tote 🙂 that turned out really pretty and you've inspired me to make tassels.
Thank you my friend. Fun and useful idea! I never know what to do with scraps too large to toss, too small to make anything. I have a bag of these useless balls 🤣🤣 Yes, useless balls.
It for sure sheds after you cut it the first time! It will shed a little after but really not too bad! My grandma has had one for years, just saw it the other day and it’s holding up well!:)
It does right after cutting it then it’s not too bad:) it’s the bernat velvet! I’m going to try and find some hacks to see if I can minimize the shedding too and will be sure to share what I find:)
I was looking for that comment. I made a cow and I added a tassel to make the hair at the end without thinking that chenille yarn sheds like crazy 🤦♀️
@@camryns_cute_creations also will you be making a video on how much inventory to make because I want to do a craft show but just dont know how much inventory to make

I have so much scrap yarn, now I know what to make with it. Have you used other yarns besides the velvet? If so, What else has worked well?
Thank you my friend. Fun and useful idea!

Super cute! How much do these sell for at markets?
Thank you! I sell them for $5 each, or I'll usually do a "Buy 3, Get 1" deal!
Have you found the velvet to continue shedding on these key chains??
I really like them and would love to make them!
Thanks for the tutorial

Hey Camryn! Love this keychain!!! Does the yarn shed at all after cutting?? If not, I need to buy that yarn you are using lol
