Do not buy. Box states it is rated at 100 pounds. Plastic buckle on the strap broke with a 65 pound kayak. One pulley was improperly assembled rendering it just a drag point. During installation I sheared off a couple of the undersized lag bolts (finest chinesium metal) included in the box.
Note the rope clamp works on both ropes at the same time. If your kayak isn't level, you need to hold on to both ropes, one in each hand, unlock and pull just the 1 rope to level the kayak, then lock both ropes. Rather a hassle. I've modified these in the past so each rope gets it's own lock.
