A tip from someone who has dabbled in making fancy handmade soaps: If you slice off small pieces with a cheese slicer and wrap them in tissue paper, you can put them in your closet and in your dresser drawers to keep your clothes smelling like that. Also, as someone who loves the look of botanical gardens but is always miserable around plants due to terrible allergies, I love watching videos of people exploring gardens, so I would definitely watch a video if you made one.
Kew Gardens is one of my favourite spots in London! You should most definitely go there on a beautiful spring day, the Richmond area is already worth a visit but Kew Gardens is simply the best! When I go there I bring a big blanket and picnic foods and take my time admiring the beauty around. They also have a big cafe area and a posh restaurant but picnics there are the best.
I was getting strong “Are You Being Served” vibes, lol…one of my all-time favorite British comedies 😂 I love your travel videos so much! Thank you for sharing ☺️
I was gifted an afternoon tea in the jubilee lounge for Christmas recently and OMG what a lovely experience that was! The staff were all so lovely (not snobby or rude) and the food/drinks were INCREDIBLE and I even took a little 'doggy bag' home with me of the left overs as they were so generous with the food it was more than we could manage. I think it was fairly expensive but I would certainly go again for a very special treat (big birthday, for example) Love your videos, thanks for sharing!
I love how fearless you are talking to the camera in public not caring about tons of people around 😮 I think that among other things is what makes you such a great vlogger 🙂😁 also loved your cosy diaries and looking forward to the next "boring" one 😁😍🥰
Hehehe aww I’m so happy you enjoy them 🤣😭🌷🌷🌷🌷 to be fair I feel a lot more confident doing it on my phone than my massive camera 😆🥲🙃 that used to draw so much attention and make me cringe lol 😂 xxxx
Love Fortnum and mason pricey but worth it for a treat ! I’m off to London myself in July ! I’m planning a trip to Battersea power station as it’s been renovated ! Then I think a picnic in one of the parks followed by an afternoon of culture at the V&A !
Twinings, Jam on Top, my grandmother always had a bar of English Lavendar soap by Yardley in the bathroom just sitting in a pretty bowl. YES to Kew gardens. Cozyvlogs are awesome
My favorite tea is genmaicha, or green tea with roasted rice. For black tea, I fell in love with Barry’s Gold on a train to Wales. Never enjoyed black tea before (grew up & live in Northern California) so it was a revelation, and it’s what I stick with now. So smooth, delicious.
i love this type of video! During covid I watched a UK disney vlogger go to this store early Christmas and it was so beautiful! I went on their site and ordered a tin of shortbread cookies as a treat since we werent really getting out and doing anything. Postage to the States was crazy, but it was fun to get! The cookies were okay. Kinda like your opinion of the stuff you had in your video. I still have the tin. It's really pretty! Have a great week, Catherine!
Hehehe aww thank you so so much 🥹🌷🌷🌷 I’m so happy you enjoyed the video! Yeah the food I tried was pretty average but it’s just fun having the experience I’d love to try their really expensive afternoon tea one time to see if it’s actually amazing!
Super excited when going to Wal mart today they had hobnobs and PG Tips!!!!! And just made a brew and it’s amazing!!!!! I’m in Toronto so these findings are rare ❤ thanks for the recommendation on the tea!
Yay for jam first! 😂 I’m in Cornwall and it’s always jam first here! I have my own loose leaf herbal tea business so I only tend to drink my own teas 😊 Kate xx
That place was totally amazing for interesting English tableware and gifts. I absolutely loved the Alice in Wonderland themed tea set with the card and Alice decorations all over the china. I'm looking forward to someday checking out the area where you visited for the video.
Ahhh I've watched Katnipp videos for years now but im excited you vlog London stuff. We're going in June on a work trip for my husband and im so nervous! I have no idea where to start with planning, but my list of places to shop is getting VERY long lmao!
Love this vlog. My student job while doing my masters was at Fortnums and I worked in the loose leaf Tea department. Have to Say I’ll Only drink their Albion blend now. Nothing better than that for me. Thanks for a great vlog. Loved it x
Awww, love this Catherine. My grandparents when they were alive had a flat in Leicester Square so my grandma loved to shop in fortums all the time. She would always have amazing treats from there at Christmas and things like hand soaps. It was totally lost on all us kids though😂🥰, for all we knew she could have shopped at Tesco's🤣! Fortnums always brings back memories of her so thank you for this😍♥️xx
the graphic designer in me is like ooh such pretty packaging, the cheap skate in me is ow at the prices lol😝 and sometimes we just need to treat ourselves and enjoy our own time soaking in the ambiance 😀 Kew Gardens is def one of the things I need to visit if I ever make it down to London (for some odd reason since I really have no reason to go there lol)
Catherine, take me on a day date anytime…it was so much fun and sensory overload!💕 I’ve been to Buckingham Palace and I’ve been to Kew Gardens! It’s fun travelling along with you😀.
A trip to kew, yeah! I take myself there few times a year, I live in watford so not far, love it and i always buy myself those soaps, they have a nice gift shop, and some nice little shops outside. Xx
This reminds me so much when I lived in London. You must try Selfridges one day. I used to work there as a Nail Tech/Beauty Therapist in the hair and beauty salon. Selfridges is so nice 🥰 Yes please, cosy packing vlogs 😘
Love walking around the mall n looking around it’s such fun I’m surprised I haven’t done tea stickers with jam and toast n butter stickers and a tea pot it be super cute 🥰😍
My absolute favourite tea is Dorset Tea. Close runner-up is Thompson’s Tea. Loved seeing your trip to F&M. We have one of the large Camelia wicker picnic hampers and absolutely love to use it when we get chance.
Hey Catherine 🤗 I love packing videos so please share this if you did end up filming one. 100% visit Kew Gardens, I’ve not been but I’ve heard it is fab - they do some kind of light thing there near Christmas 😊 I love MacKenzie-Childs products, I had 3 of their canisters which I used for tea, coffee and sugar when I lived in my flat 😊 I need to catch up on your Canada diaries 🩷 xxx
I love your vlogs especially Japan! We would love to go one day! As for tea it's Yorkshire for me but I do love a biscuit brew ( that's Victoria's influence ) I have said before you vlog bits that others wouldn't it must be your artistic eye.
Oh really! 😆🤣 I didn’t notice hehee I’m happy you enjoy them though 🥹🥹🌷 ooo yes biscuit brew is amazing! I remember trying this for the first time when I used to do slimming world!
I think I must be doing my scones wrong, cos some people say cream first (to act as butter) then jam. But I have always had butter, jam and cream on mine, so it goes butter, jam, cream. 😂
Twinings Fruit tea for me. I can't have tea as it makes me puke. Ovaltine or Hotchoclate is a good morning drink especially for the school run. 😊 its Sunday its good day for Pjs. ☺️👍
Taking you up on the tea recommendation...added PG Tips to my shopping cart. Will let you know what I reckon. 🍜🫖I like Bushells, Twinings, Dilmah or Liptons..here in Australia.
This may seem like an odd question but I’d love to know what bra you are wearing under your pink top? It looks perfectly seamless and my struggle is real!🫢
Lovely vlog, as always BUT you didn't mention what happened with your suitcases and the extra stuff for your flights. Did you manage to ram everything into your bags? Did you have to buy another suitcase? I'm invested... 😁
Oh you have convinced me to visit now. I love posh tastings and tidbits. Sharmeleon put me onto Yorkshire tea Malty but I adore Earl Grey. And actually that garlic was an amazing price for the size, only $18AUD a kilo, usually $35AUD here standard

You could make the little chocolate bag into a tree ornament for Christmas - soooo cute xx
Top tip: if you keep one of those bar soaps in your wardrobe, it’ll smell amazing every time you open it.
Kew Gardens is one of my favourite spots in London! You should most definitely go there on a beautiful spring day, the Richmond area is already worth a visit but Kew Gardens is simply the best! Wow, Canada, London, and then Disney?? Sounds like a nice vacation. You need a series that’s like around the world with Katnipp lol.
I was getting strong “Are You Being Served” vibes, lol…one of my all-time favorite British comedies 😂 I love your travel videos so much! Thank you for sharing ☺️
An idea for the mini f&m bag, get some dried flowers, trim them down and pop them in there 🥹
Omg that’s such a cute idea what the heck hehehe 🤣😆😆🌸🌸

Loved this vlog 😊 as someone from the US, I always find it interesting how people prefer their order of jam then cream or cream then jam!
Hehehe 🥹🌷🌷 happy you enjoyed it!
Ypu & your vids make me so calm... It is so comfortable :) thank you
Cute vlog. I love the FM vibes. My favorite teas are from Yogi and Rishi & I own quite a few tea pots and love the whole ritual of tea.
This was a fun super cute little vlog love it!!
Love the cozy vlogs! ❤
I absolutely adore you. It was fun exploring F.M. with you.

Yorkshire tea forever! ♥😊
Could you pop the small bag on your Christmas tree as a decoration? Loved the vlog
Hehehe that would be adorable actually 🤣🌸🌸🌸🎀🌷
If you go to Selfridges, definitely have lunch at Din Tai Fung!! Their house noodles🍜 and dumplings 🥟are 👌🏽
Ok, probably partly why folks are so excited to have Din Tai Fung coming to Downtown Disney in Anaheim… They have made their brand quite fancy!
This reminds me so much when I lived in London. You must try Selfridges one day. I used to work there as a Nail Tech/Beauty Therapist in the hair and beauty salon. Selfridges is so nice 🥰 Yes please, cosy packing vlogs 😘
Oh my goshhhh I’ll have to go next time we’re in London!!!! 🥹🥹🥹 I really want to go now 🤣🤣🤣

Cream then Jam 🍓
Always jam, then cream!
My favourite tea is Glengettie (welsh tea) 🫖
Love the video ❤ It’s got to be Yorkshire tea for me 😋👍
And always jam before cream 😍
Oooo yes I do love Yorkshire tea too actually 😍🤤
P G Tips all the way!

I'm a big fan of Pg tips too 🎉. The taste for me is superior to any other but I don't mind drinking other brands. ❤☕
Those soaps last ages, I buy them because they last about 3 - 4 months!
OOoooooo we’ve had ours open a week so far and haven’t even made a dent on it hehehe we love how soft and silky it is!
I would love to see Kew Gardens
Wow what camera do you? use quality is so good! ❤
Marzipan is one of those things that you either really love it or you really don't......there is no in between.
yesss i love a pack with me
Your kitchen caught my eye, kitchen tour? 👀
Thank you for a great video 😌 which hotel did you stay at in London?
Yorkshire tea
I think I must be doing my scones wrong, cos some people say cream first (to act as butter) then jam. But I have always had butter, jam and cream on mine, so it goes butter, jam, cream. 😂
If you don’t mind me asking can you please make some asmr pack with types of videos would really love to see it.
I hate PG tips haha. I like Aldi;s own red brand tea. It's strong, but smooth.
P.S Amoretto sour is my favourite cocktail
Kew gardens is nice but it is not central London and would need a full day. You would like Artbox though
Twinings Fruit tea for me. I can't have tea as it makes me puke. Ovaltine or Hotchoclate is a good morning drink especially for the school run. 😊 its Sunday its good day for Pjs. ☺️👍
Ooooo I do love a good fruit tea! I tried strawberry tea for the first time the other day it was lovely 🥹
I work for tetley in stockton keep us locals in a job hahahaha
the prices of the tea isn't all too bad for loose leave tea
T at Forties..
I always wonder if anyone actually buys the expensive stuff in these stores🤔
