  • SAS Scandinavian Airlines filed for bankruptcy protection in July 2022, because they have such a bad financial situation that any disruption will terminate the airline. We've flown them just a couple of months before that on their new A320neo from Copenhagen to Munich and had a once again great experience which we are sharing in this exclusive FlightExperience Trip Report.

      Thank you! The time lapses are only possible when enough people are there. The last two years airports have been pretty empty, that's why the FlightExperience timelapses weren't always possible.

    Travelled on Indigo Airlines A320 neo. Lovely experience. Normal seats far more comfortable than an extra leg room seat. Beautiful cabin.

    great review! always watched your review and it was always the same pleasant experience! and no I have not flown with an A320 Neo or SAS airlines itself. I hope to fly to CPH one day with SAS. Hopefully they don’t go bankrupt 😂. Btw have you ever done a review with SAS business long haul. If you haven’t I hope to see one video like that in the future!!!

    According to the SAS Website and my experience wifi is only for free for SAS Gold Members and above and not generally *Alliance Status holders.

      Thank you very much.
      Well, life has changed over the last 2 years. We‘ve finished our bachelor degrees and started working, so we‘ve less time to travel than before. Moreover we are not enjoying travelling completely useless anymore and pollute the environment, so we fly much less just for the reason to produce videos but to really travel and enjoy the destinations. That‘s why we take around 30% less flights a year. However, weekly videos might come back from November on.

    I find SAS horrible to fly short haul. Seats are hard, poor legroom, i always look for other airlines on trips out of Norway!

    Sorry bro.. dont agree with the less human interaction point. I mean automation is good.. its fast, convinient and all, but its only good till everything is going good. Once you land into a problem, you will need to interact with a human. It will be quite diffcult to explain your problem to a machine.

      You defintely have a point there. But even today, AI is already that intelligent and much faster in solving your problems than humans. Just look at the Chat or Call bots of SAS or AirAsia. Instead of calling a real human and being on hold for an hour or more to re-schedule, rebook, refund a flight, reserve a seat or a meal I can just instantly chat or speak with a bot without any waiting time and the problem is solved within a few minutes. Of course, that are simple problems but if you look at the fast and fundamental development of AI, machines will soon be that intelligent to be able to interact with you so that you don't even notice that you are currently talking to a machine and solve much more complex problems. But of course you always need a human as a back up for very rare problems and occasions.

      ​@@flightexperience_official I am shocked that someone would take such a point of view. Machines or AI can never replace humans. Unfortunately, this is often not recognized and the consequences of such a point of view are not thought completely.
