Nice Nomad. I have had mine since 1974 and still love them. The funny thing is my car was built the month I was born.
I'm building another one from frame up but it was a 210 2 dooor sedan. I'm grafting in all the metal pieces in from other cars. I have been workinng on it for 5 years now and it's starting to finally look like Nomad since I said before from frame up.
BTW love your console and I have a spare shifter from my 70-1/2 Camaro SS like the one you have, but I'm sticking with my Hurst dual gate modified for my 700r4.

Beautiful car , really enjoyed the video and the discussions. Got some good ideas for mine on interior. He and l have similar tastes in cars also , l have a 66 nova , unfinished of course. Keep up the good work and give us more videos !!!

I would sure like to know if Paul bought this Nomad from father/son owners named Jerry and Raymond. Jerry lived in Buena Park. They had all 3 years of the Nomad and Jerry and I had worked on their '55 at his grandmother's house in Wilmington as kids. They later finished the car and painted it turquoise and white with chevy rally wheels. After it had been completed, they told me that a gentleman made them an offer on the car that they couldn't refuse. They recently got their '56 Nomad done and are now doing their '57 Nomad. They still very much regret selling the '55 and breaking up their complete set of Tri-Five Nomads. I had helped them locate the '56 back in '78 and I hope to find them another '55 someday to complete their set again. The car looks beautiful!
