    It's finally here! Day 2 of the full-body routine. I was doubting whether I should make a video of the other training days in my free full-body program, but your messages convinced me. Full-body day 3 will probably come in the next few weeks as well.
    Also, as a quick side note, until after filming the video I realized that I talk pretty quick at certain points. My apologies for that. I'll try to keep the pace more moderate in my next videos.
    I hope this video helps you out and don't hesitate to leave a comment below if you have any questions!

    My current train is this
    Monday: chest + triceps + shoulders
    Wednesday: back + biceps + shoulders
    Friday: legs
    I do something around 3 "compound" exercises that will use both muscles I'm training that day + 2~3 isolates exercises for each muscle. I only train each muscle once per week, but the day that I train them I'll do 6~7 exercises
    Will this full body workout be better than my current "brosplit"?

    • @iWannaBurnFat
      @iWannaBurnFat  4 роки тому

      Generally speaking, the full-body day will help you practice the key lifts more frequently in a week, which would result in better performance and progressive overload over time. So it can't hurt to experiment with the Full-Body Day.

    Can we superset exercises so there's not as much time wasted resting? Or is this not recommended?

    • @iWannaBurnFat
      @iWannaBurnFat  3 роки тому

      It's possible, but I would only superset exercises that target opposing muscle groups. So supersetting your chest with back exercises is possible. But supersetting 2 push exercises with each other is not recommended.

    • @dopelunchbox
      @dopelunchbox Рік тому

      Fat loss is not a response to any specific stimulus. It's a result of calorie deficit and metabolic demand causing oxidation of the lipids. So, yeah you can use this training plan to burn fat
