We just returned from a month long December trip in Puglia, however we used trains and busses which were not all very reliable especially with holiday cancellations and it was extremely cold! Your videos are showing us what we missed and now plan to go back when the weather is warmer and with a rental car to discover the beautiful beaches. The Christmas celebrations and decor were beyond beautiful though. As were our accommodations. Thank you for your excellent perspective on the heel of the boot, and hope it stays fairly undiscovered in the coming years!
Thanks a lot for all the kind words! I'm sure Christmas over there was amazing, but yes, generally speaking the farther South you go, the less reliant you should be on public transportation. Perhaps not trains, trains seem to work well in most regions. At least you get to do it all over again next year! 😄
