    To augment the value of these gems, explore the herbs available: turmeric with black pepper, garlic, ginger, rosemary, peppermint, sage, thyme or curry or schwarma seasoning, for instance. Add these for those who especially favors these flavors. Or, turn them on to your favorite(s) !

    That is the biggest chefs knife i have ever seen. Looks soo good. Dr Weil. I thought cooking your veggies was bad? Bakes out all the nutrients? Can you please do a video on how to cook veggies (boil fry bake) Love your videos. On how you are still educating the public. Your honest tell it like it is appraoch to medicine and educating people is why i love your work and follow you. Keep up the great work in all you do BIG thanks from Canada

    Come on. . . You can’t stay with us long enough to finish roasting? An ingredients list and cooking instructions would also be helpful. Why do your videos always feel so half-assed and hurried? Why do you bother at all?
