Replacement of steering rods (VAZ, Lada Kalina)

Replacement of steering rods of a VAZ car, Lada Kalina was needed after an accident. The right steering rod was completely bent due to the impact and cannot be repaired. The tie rod end also needs to be replaced on both tie rods. The procedure for replacing steering rods is as follows:
- hang out and remove the front wheels;
- remove the tie rod ends using a puller or tapping with a hammer;
- unscrew the bolts securing the steering rods to the steering mechanism, having previously removed the clamp;
- remove the steering rods through the front wheel arches;
- unscrew the ends of the old tie rods, counting the number of thread turns;
- we tighten the ends of the new tie rods according to the number of thread turns of the old tie rods;
- install new steering rods in the reverse order;
- if necessary, after replacing the steering rods, adjust the wheel alignment of the front wheels.

Вы не правильные тяги купили , надо было покупать от 2110 там не закисают наконечники потому что внутри сплошной стержень

С каким усилием затянуты болты на тягах? Нужен ли рычаг? Не смог открутить с рычагом даже,боюсь ключ сломать. Колесо в подвешенном состоянии

Момент затяжки этих болтов 19.6-24,5 Н. м. Попробуйте их обработать универсальной смазкой ВД-40 и подождать 10 минут. Должно помочь.
