- Okay so, as my friends are annoyingly aware (I'm so sorry guys lmao) I have been absolutely obsessed with this pairing and The Rookie in general for the last 2 months and there is no end in sight as shown by this 5 min edit that I cranked out in a week after last weeks promo haha. Originally this was going to be an angst-ier edit to Overjoyed by Bastille, but I really love every aspect of these two's dynamic and wanted to try my hand at portraying it all in one video. There's still so much I hated leaving out, but they're just too good to fit in just one video, so expect more hehehe!!!

But can we applaud how much of a bad ass Trainer Tim was. Tough love which tended to be more dramatic than most, but he prepared her for everything

So many edits leave that line out! It’s nice to see one that left it in. It shows so much of how Tim feels about her.

There’s no doubt he has feelings for her or at least cares very deeply about her. I mean he’s the only original T.O. that’s stayed with their rookie, even though he had an opportunity to leave. Not that Angela doesn’t care about west (and Talia was written off the show and ‘left Nolan’) but Tim just has that special connection with Lucy, a relationship that’s different than all the other ones he’s had with his rookies
(Also the composition of this video is amazing! I loved every moment of it, all the cuts between scenes and all the looks Tucy give each other. Chenford is endgame😌)

I think it’s funny Eric and showrunners like to say Chenford was never supposed to happen. And that it was really the fans making it happen. I’m sure Eric and Melissa didn’t mean to have THIS kind of chemistry during the first season. But I think they started planted seeds in the way back in the second season! I think these two are so meant to be endgame, and I’m so happy we will get to witness it!
Well at least I know I am not the only one who is obsessed with the pairing as well. They HAVE to get together because if they don't, my heart will be beyond broken
Maybe in this next season since the season finale Tim tells Lucy to save him a dance. Friends dance sure but saying "Save me a dance" at a WEDDING!! Reception or not, still very romantic especially with their little looks.

See, there are so many people making up reasons why they shouldn’t be together, but this beautifully edit video just proves them wrong. He cares about her and she cares about him. The way they look at each other isn’t how people who are “just friends” look at one another. I’m hoping for a season finale realization. I think this last episode opened something up for Chenford. Maybe Lucy playing that “prank” on Bradford could have made him realise that he actually feels something for her
I missed the episode but I watched today, he does have feelings for Lucy very much but he don't want mess the partner relationship on duty and off duty. I seen clips, they hang out in groups and how he talks to her then he said to Lucy about her ex isn't the right guy for her. The prank of Lucy FEELING, and last night episode from Lopez wedding store scene. LUCY Y TIM WAS 💖💖👀 TO EACH OTHER.. TIM STILL VIDEO LUCY , HE SOPOST VIDEO THE FIGHTS. 😂😂😂😂😂 When they enter the store.. OMG his face 😊😊☺☺🥰🥰😍😍
I haven't watched this part of a scene from the show yet. Where Tim and his date, Lucy with hers at a restaurant. How Lucy knows that Tim doesn't like mushrooms, the way they complete each other sentences to explain a story, and the way they just seem to be the only two of them at the table. I kinda want a scene where they exchange phones, for idk what reason, and notice a folder of both of them together. Like the pranks, funny things that happened on the job, etc.
If the writers don't give us Chenford I'm gonna be hella pissed 😤

The Chen save a dance for me part like he cares about her so much and I think her prancing him about having feelings made him realize he does and I know she has from the start I just love them together they should be mf married rn bro

the finale of szn 4 let’s just say it’s really good! Tim has been there for Lucy ever since she got there. They know each other so well and get each other amazingly. They’ll end up together one day..szn 4 finale was amazing so excited for szn 5!

I wondered why you didn't use any of the romantic scenes.
